選擇多大(da)電機(ji)混凝(ning)土(tu)泵,首先(xian)要考(kao)(kao)慮(lv)變(bian)壓(ya)器容(rong)量,其次考(kao)(kao)慮(lv)距(ju)離混凝(ning)土(tu)泵的遠近和(he)線徑大(da)小(xiao)(xiao),以免壓(ya)降過大(da)造(zao)成電流增高或跳閘停機(ji),過大(da)功率(lv)造(zao)成成本增加(jia)和(he)使用不(bu)便。電機(ji)過小(xiao)(xiao),同(tong)時也滿足(zu)不(bu)了工程需要。

一(yi)臺(tai)混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)電機功率是決定(ding)(ding)出口壓力(li)(li)和輸送(song)方量(liang)的(de)(de)前(qian)提條件,在電機功率一(yi)定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)情況(kuang)下(xia),壓力(li)(li)的(de)(de)升高(gao)必將使輸送(song)量(liang)降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出口壓力(li)(li),將會使輸送(song)量(liang)增加(jia)。
為(wei)了保(bao)證混凝(ning)土輸送泵(beng)既(ji)(ji)要有(you)較大(da)輸送量(liang),又(you)能有(you)一(yi)定的出口(kou)壓力和與(yu)之相匹配的經(jing)濟功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝(ning)土輸送泵(beng)的設(she)計中,大(da)都采用了恒(heng)(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)(zhi)選定后,當出口(kou)壓力升高時(shi),油泵(beng)輸出排量(liang)會(hui)自動降(jiang)低,達到(dao)(dao)與(yu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)設(she)計相對應的值(zhi)(zhi);如果既(ji)(ji)要達到(dao)(dao)出口(kou)壓力高,又(you)想得(de)到(dao)(dao)輸送量(liang)大(da)的目的。惟一(yi)的途(tu)徑(jing)就是增(zeng)加電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準中(zhong),引用了(le)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力指(zhi)數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即(ji)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)際(ji)出口壓(ya)力與每小時(shi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量之乘積,該值越(yue)(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),其能(neng)(neng)力指(zhi)數也越(yue)(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),電機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)功率也將(jiang)越(yue)(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),由(you)此實(shi)(shi)(shi)現大(da)(da)排量、高(gao)揚(yang)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司在(zai)設計時(shi),還采用了(le)高(gao)低壓(ya)切(qie)換的(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)(neng)設計,以滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經(jing)濟狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)產生較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量,或者(zhe)以相同的(de)(de)(de)電機(ji)功率,產生較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)出口壓(ya)力。
