一臺混凝(ning)土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的電(dian)機功(gong)率是決定(ding)出口壓(ya)力(li)和輸送(song)(song)方量的前提條件,在電(dian)機功(gong)率一定(ding)的情況下(xia),壓(ya)力(li)的升高必(bi)將(jiang)使(shi)輸送(song)(song)量降低;相反(fan),降低出口壓(ya)力(li),將(jiang)會(hui)使(shi)輸送(song)(song)量增加。
為了(le)保(bao)證(zheng)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)既要有較(jiao)大輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量,又能(neng)有一定的(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓力和與(yu)之(zhi)相匹配的(de)經濟功(gong)率(lv),在混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)設(she)計中,大都采(cai)用(yong)了(le)恒功(gong)率(lv)柱塞(sai)泵(beng)(beng);即恒功(gong)率(lv)值選定后,當出(chu)口(kou)壓力升高(gao)時(shi),油(you)泵(beng)(beng)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)排(pai)量會(hui)自(zi)動降低,達到與(yu)功(gong)率(lv)設(she)計相對應的(de)值;如果既要達到出(chu)口(kou)壓力高(gao),又想得(de)到輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量大的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑(jing)就是增加電(dian)機功(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準中,引用了混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)能力(li)指(zhi)數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)出口壓力(li)與每(mei)小時(shi)實(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)送量(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該(gai)值越大(da),其能力(li)指(zhi)數也越大(da),電機的(de)(de)功率(lv)也將越大(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)、高揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計時(shi),還采用了高低(di)壓切換(huan)的(de)(de)功能設計,以滿足不同(tong)的(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經(jing)濟狀態下(xia),又(you)能產生(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送量(liang),或者以相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)(de)電機功率(lv),產生(sheng)較(jiao)高的(de)(de)出口壓力(li)。
