隨(sui)著現代工(gong)業(ye)(ye)的興起,以混凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)為主(zhu)材(cai)料的建(jian)(jian)設方式(shi)已經(jing)成為了建(jian)(jian)筑業(ye)(ye)施(shi)工(gong)的主(zhu)要構造之(zhi)一,在各種(zhong)工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)建(jian)(jian)設中(zhong)占據了很大的比例,使得混凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)機械的發(fa)展經(jing)久(jiu)不衰,且有越演越烈(lie)的形勢。拖式(shi)混凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)泵,簡(jian)稱拖泵,是各種(zhong)混凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)機械中(zhong)的一種(zhong),用于混凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)的輸送和澆注(zhu)工(gong)作(zuo)。

選擇多大(da)電(dian)機混凝土泵,首先要考(kao)(kao)慮(lv)(lv)變(bian)壓器容量,其次(ci)考(kao)(kao)慮(lv)(lv)距離混凝土泵的遠(yuan)近和(he)線徑大(da)小(xiao)(xiao),以免壓降過大(da)造成(cheng)電(dian)流增高或跳閘(zha)停機,過大(da)功率(lv)造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和(he)使用不(bu)便。電(dian)機過小(xiao)(xiao),同時(shi)也滿足不(bu)了工程需要。

一臺混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)(de)電機(ji)功(gong)率是決定出口壓力(li)和輸(shu)送方量的(de)(de)前提條件(jian),在(zai)電機(ji)功(gong)率一定的(de)(de)情(qing)況下,壓力(li)的(de)(de)升高必將使(shi)輸(shu)送量降低;相反,降低出口壓力(li),將會使(shi)輸(shu)送量增加(jia)。
為了保證(zheng)混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既要有(you)較大輸(shu)送(song)量,又能有(you)一定(ding)的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力和與之相匹配(pei)的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)率(lv)(lv),在混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設計中(zhong),大都采用了恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當出(chu)口壓(ya)力升高時(shi),油泵(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)排(pai)量會自(zi)動降低(di),達到與功(gong)率(lv)(lv)設計相對應(ying)的(de)(de)值(zhi);如(ru)果既要達到出(chu)口壓(ya)力高,又想得(de)到輸(shu)送(song)量大的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)(de)途徑就(jiu)是增加(jia)電機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因此(ci)(ci),在(zai)國家新標準中,引用了(le)混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送泵的(de)(de)能(neng)力指數概(gai)念(以MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送泵的(de)(de)實(shi)際出口壓(ya)力與每小時(shi)實(shi)際輸送量之乘積,該值越(yue)(yue)大(da),其能(neng)力指數也(ye)(ye)越(yue)(yue)大(da),電機(ji)的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)也(ye)(ye)將越(yue)(yue)大(da),由此(ci)(ci)實(shi)現(xian)大(da)排(pai)量、高揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司(si)在(zai)設計時(shi),還(huan)采用了(le)高低(di)壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)設計,以滿(man)足不同的(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)要求(qiu),在(zai)經濟狀(zhuang)態下,又(you)能(neng)產生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)輸送量,或者以相(xiang)同的(de)(de)電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv),產生較(jiao)高的(de)(de)出口壓(ya)力。
