選擇多(duo)大電機(ji)混凝(ning)土泵,首(shou)先要考慮變壓器容量,其次考慮距離混凝(ning)土泵的遠近(jin)和(he)線徑(jing)大小,以免壓降過(guo)大造成(cheng)(cheng)電流增高或跳閘停機(ji),過(guo)大功率造成(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)本增加和(he)使用不便。電機(ji)過(guo)小,同時(shi)也(ye)滿足不了工程需要。
混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵功率、混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵出口壓力(li)、混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵輸(shu)送(song)(song)量之間的關系。
一(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率是決定出口(kou)壓(ya)力和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方(fang)量(liang)(liang)的(de)前提條(tiao)件,在電(dian)機功(gong)率一(yi)定的(de)情(qing)況下,壓(ya)力的(de)升高必(bi)將使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)降(jiang)低(di);相(xiang)反,降(jiang)低(di)出口(kou)壓(ya)力,將會使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)增加。
為了保證(zheng)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)既要(yao)有(you)較(jiao)大輸(shu)送量(liang),又能有(you)一(yi)定的出口壓(ya)力和與之相匹配的經(jing)濟功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)的設計中(zhong),大都采用(yong)了恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)值選(xuan)定后(hou),當(dang)出口壓(ya)力升高時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)出排量(liang)會自動降低,達(da)(da)到與功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)設計相對應的值;如果既要(yao)達(da)(da)到出口壓(ya)力高,又想得到輸(shu)送量(liang)大的目(mu)的。惟一(yi)的途徑(jing)就是(shi)增加電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在國家新標準中,引(yin)用了混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)能力(li)(li)指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)與(yu)每小時實(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)送量(liang)之(zhi)乘積(ji),該值越(yue)大(da)(da),其能力(li)(li)指數也越(yue)大(da)(da),電機的(de)(de)功率也將越(yue)大(da)(da),由此實(shi)現(xian)大(da)(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)(gao)揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公(gong)司(si)在設計(ji)時,還采用了高(gao)(gao)低壓(ya)切(qie)換的(de)(de)功能設計(ji),以(yi)滿足(zu)不同(tong)的(de)(de)施工要(yao)求,在經(jing)濟狀態下,又能產(chan)生(sheng)較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送量(liang),或(huo)者以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)(de)電機功率,產(chan)生(sheng)較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)。
