選擇多大(da)電機混凝(ning)土泵,首先要考慮變(bian)壓器(qi)容量(liang),其次考慮距離混凝(ning)土泵的遠近和線徑大(da)小,以免壓降過大(da)造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)電流增高或跳閘停機,過大(da)功率造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和使(shi)用(yong)不(bu)便(bian)。電機過小,同時也(ye)滿足不(bu)了(le)工程需要。

一臺混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)電(dian)機功率(lv)是決定(ding)出(chu)口壓力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)方量的(de)前提條件,在電(dian)機功率(lv)一定(ding)的(de)情況下(xia),壓力(li)的(de)升高必(bi)將(jiang)使輸(shu)送(song)量降低;相反,降低出(chu)口壓力(li),將(jiang)會(hui)使輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了保證混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵既(ji)要有(you)較大(da)輸(shu)送量(liang),又能有(you)一定的(de)(de)出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)和與(yu)之(zhi)相匹配的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv),在(zai)混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)設(she)計中,大(da)都采用了恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定后(hou),當出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)升高時(shi),油(you)泵輸(shu)出排量(liang)會自(zi)動降(jiang)低(di),達到與(yu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)設(she)計相對應的(de)(de)值(zhi);如果既(ji)要達到出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)高,又想得(de)到輸(shu)送量(liang)大(da)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途徑就是(shi)增(zeng)加電機功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)(zai)國(guo)家新標準中,引用了混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送泵(beng)的能(neng)力指數(shu)(shu)概念(nian)(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)單位);即混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送泵(beng)的實際(ji)(ji)出口(kou)壓力與(yu)每小(xiao)時實際(ji)(ji)輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)之乘(cheng)積,該(gai)值越(yue)大(da),其能(neng)力指數(shu)(shu)也越(yue)大(da),電機的功(gong)(gong)率(lv)也將越(yue)大(da),由此實現大(da)排量(liang)、高揚程的目(mu)的。科尼樂公司在(zai)(zai)設計時,還采用了高低壓切(qie)換的功(gong)(gong)能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足(zu)不同的施(shi)工要(yao)求,在(zai)(zai)經濟狀態下(xia),又能(neng)產生較大(da)的輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang),或者以(yi)相(xiang)同的電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv),產生較高的出口(kou)壓力。
