隨著現代(dai)工業的興起,以混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)為(wei)主(zhu)材料的建設(she)方式已經成為(wei)了(le)建筑業施工的主(zhu)要(yao)構(gou)造之一,在各(ge)種(zhong)工程施工建設(she)中(zhong)占據(ju)了(le)很大(da)的比例,使(shi)得混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)機械(xie)的發展經久不(bu)衰,且有越(yue)(yue)演越(yue)(yue)烈的形(xing)勢。拖(tuo)式混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)泵,簡(jian)稱拖(tuo)泵,是各(ge)種(zhong)混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)機械(xie)中(zhong)的一種(zhong),用于混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)施工中(zhong)的輸送(song)和(he)澆注工作。

選擇(ze)多大電(dian)機(ji)混(hun)凝土(tu)泵(beng)(beng),首先要考慮變(bian)壓器容量,其次(ci)考慮距離混(hun)凝土(tu)泵(beng)(beng)的遠(yuan)近(jin)和線(xian)徑大小(xiao),以免壓降(jiang)過(guo)(guo)大造成(cheng)電(dian)流增(zeng)高或跳閘停(ting)機(ji),過(guo)(guo)大功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加和使用(yong)不便。電(dian)機(ji)過(guo)(guo)小(xiao),同時也滿足不了工(gong)程需(xu)要。

一臺混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的電(dian)機功率是決定(ding)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)方量(liang)的前(qian)提條件(jian),在(zai)電(dian)機功率一定(ding)的情況下,壓(ya)力(li)的升高(gao)必將使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)降低;相反,降低出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li),將會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)增加。
為了保(bao)證混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既要有較大輸(shu)送(song)量,又能有一定的(de)出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li)和(he)與之(zhi)相(xiang)(xiang)匹配(pei)的(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)設計(ji)中,大都采用了恒(heng)(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞(sai)泵(beng);即恒(heng)(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選(xuan)定后,當出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li)升高時,油(you)泵(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)排量會(hui)自(zi)動(dong)降低,達到(dao)與功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)設計(ji)相(xiang)(xiang)對應的(de)值(zhi);如果既要達到(dao)出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li)高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量大的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟一的(de)途(tu)徑就(jiu)是增加電機功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準中,引用了混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)能力指數(shu)概念(nian)(以(yi)(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際出口壓力與每小時(shi)實(shi)際輸送(song)(song)量(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該(gai)值(zhi)越大,其能力指數(shu)也越大,電(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)(de)功率也將越大,由此實(shi)現(xian)大排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科尼(ni)樂公(gong)司在(zai)設計時(shi),還采用了高(gao)低壓切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)功能設計,以(yi)(yi)滿足(zu)不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)要(yao)求,在(zai)經濟狀態(tai)下,又能產生較大的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸送(song)(song)量(liang),或者以(yi)(yi)相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機功率,產生較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)出口壓力。
