隨著現代工(gong)(gong)業(ye)的(de)(de)興起(qi),以混(hun)凝土為(wei)主材(cai)料的(de)(de)建設(she)方式(shi)已經成為(wei)了(le)建筑業(ye)施工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)主要構造之一(yi),在各(ge)種工(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)建設(she)中(zhong)占(zhan)據了(le)很大的(de)(de)比例,使得混(hun)凝土機(ji)(ji)械(xie)的(de)(de)發展經久不衰,且有越(yue)演越(yue)烈的(de)(de)形勢。拖式(shi)混(hun)凝土泵(beng),簡稱拖泵(beng),是(shi)各(ge)種混(hun)凝土機(ji)(ji)械(xie)中(zhong)的(de)(de)一(yi)種,用于(yu)混(hun)凝土施工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)輸送和澆注工(gong)(gong)作。

選擇(ze)多大電機混(hun)凝土(tu)泵,首(shou)先要考慮(lv)變壓器容量,其(qi)次考慮(lv)距(ju)離混(hun)凝土(tu)泵的遠近和(he)線徑大小(xiao),以免壓降過大造成電流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機,過大功率造成成本增(zeng)加(jia)和(he)使用不便。電機過小(xiao),同時也滿足(zu)不了工程需(xu)要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)功率是決(jue)定出(chu)口壓(ya)力和輸(shu)送(song)方量的(de)(de)(de)前提條件,在電(dian)(dian)機(ji)功率一定的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況下,壓(ya)力的(de)(de)(de)升高必將(jiang)使輸(shu)送(song)量降低;相反,降低出(chu)口壓(ya)力,將(jiang)會(hui)使輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為(wei)了保證混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既要有較大(da)(da)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量,又能(neng)有一定(ding)的(de)出(chu)口壓力和(he)與之相(xiang)匹配的(de)經濟(ji)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv),在(zai)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)設計中,大(da)(da)都采用了恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當出(chu)口壓力升高(gao)時(shi),油泵(beng)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)排量會自動(dong)降低,達到與功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)設計相(xiang)對(dui)應的(de)值(zhi);如果(guo)既要達到出(chu)口壓力高(gao),又想得到輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量大(da)(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)途徑就是(shi)增(zeng)加(jia)電機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)。
因此(ci),在國家新標(biao)準中(zhong),引用了混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)能(neng)力指數概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)單位);即混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)實際出口壓力與(yu)每小(xiao)時實際輸(shu)送量(liang)之乘積(ji),該(gai)值越大(da),其能(neng)力指數也越大(da),電機的(de)功(gong)率也將越大(da),由此(ci)實現大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司在設計(ji)時,還(huan)采用了高(gao)低(di)壓切換的(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計(ji),以滿足不同的(de)施工要求,在經濟狀態(tai)下(xia),又能(neng)產生較大(da)的(de)輸(shu)送量(liang),或者以相同的(de)電機功(gong)率,產生較高(gao)的(de)出口壓力。
