隨(sui)著現代工(gong)(gong)業的(de)(de)興起(qi),以混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)為主材料的(de)(de)建設(she)方式已(yi)經成為了建筑業施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)主要(yao)構(gou)造之一,在各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)建設(she)中(zhong)(zhong)占據了很大的(de)(de)比例,使得(de)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)機(ji)械的(de)(de)發展(zhan)經久不衰,且有(you)越演越烈的(de)(de)形勢(shi)。拖式混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵,簡(jian)稱拖泵,是各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)機(ji)械中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)一種(zhong)(zhong),用于混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)輸送和澆注工(gong)(gong)作。

選擇多大(da)(da)(da)電機(ji)(ji)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng),首(shou)先(xian)要(yao)考慮(lv)變(bian)壓器容量,其次考慮(lv)距(ju)離混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng)的遠(yuan)近(jin)和線徑大(da)(da)(da)小(xiao),以免壓降過大(da)(da)(da)造成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)電流增高或跳閘停機(ji)(ji),過大(da)(da)(da)功率造成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本增加(jia)和使用不(bu)便(bian)。電機(ji)(ji)過小(xiao),同時也滿足不(bu)了工程需要(yao)。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)電機功(gong)率(lv)是決定出口(kou)壓力和輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)方量(liang)的(de)前(qian)提條件,在電機功(gong)率(lv)一定的(de)情況下,壓力的(de)升(sheng)高必將(jiang)使輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)降低(di);相反(fan),降低(di)出口(kou)壓力,將(jiang)會使輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)增(zeng)加。
為(wei)了(le)保(bao)證混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送泵既要有較大輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送量(liang)(liang),又能有一定(ding)的(de)出(chu)口壓力和(he)與之相匹配的(de)經濟(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv),在混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送泵的(de)設計(ji)中,大都采用了(le)恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)柱塞(sai)泵;即恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后(hou),當出(chu)口壓力升高時,油泵輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)排(pai)量(liang)(liang)會自動降低(di),達到(dao)與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)設計(ji)相對(dui)應的(de)值(zhi);如果既要達到(dao)出(chu)口壓力高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送量(liang)(liang)大的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑就是(shi)增加電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)。
因此(ci),在(zai)國家新標準中(zhong),引用了(le)混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送泵的(de)能(neng)(neng)力指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送泵的(de)實(shi)際出口(kou)壓力與每(mei)小時實(shi)際輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該值越大,其(qi)能(neng)(neng)力指數也越大,電(dian)機的(de)功率(lv)也將越大,由此(ci)實(shi)現大排(pai)量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司在(zai)設(she)計時,還(huan)采用了(le)高(gao)低壓切換(huan)的(de)功能(neng)(neng)設(she)計,以滿足不同的(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)產生(sheng)較大的(de)輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang),或者(zhe)以相(xiang)同的(de)電(dian)機功率(lv),產生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)出口(kou)壓力。
