隨著(zhu)現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)業的興(xing)起(qi),以混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土為主(zhu)材料的建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)方式(shi)(shi)已經(jing)成為了(le)建(jian)(jian)筑業施工(gong)(gong)(gong)的主(zhu)要構造之一,在各種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)中(zhong)占據了(le)很大的比例,使得混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土機(ji)械的發展經(jing)久不衰,且(qie)有越演越烈(lie)的形(xing)勢。拖式(shi)(shi)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土泵,簡稱(cheng)拖泵,是各種(zhong)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土機(ji)械中(zhong)的一種(zhong),用(yong)于混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土施工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的輸送和(he)澆注(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。

選(xuan)擇多大電(dian)機混凝土(tu)泵,首先要考(kao)(kao)慮變壓器容量,其次考(kao)(kao)慮距離混凝土(tu)泵的遠近(jin)和(he)線徑大小,以免壓降過大造(zao)成(cheng)電(dian)流(liu)增高或(huo)跳閘(zha)停機,過大功率造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和(he)使用(yong)不(bu)便。電(dian)機過小,同(tong)時也(ye)滿足不(bu)了工(gong)程需(xu)要。
混(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵功率、混(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵出口壓力、混(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵輸送(song)量之間的關系
一臺混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的電機(ji)功率是(shi)決定出口壓力和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方量的前提條件,在電機(ji)功率一定的情況下,壓力的升高必將使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量降低(di)(di);相反,降低(di)(di)出口壓力,將會(hui)使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量增加。
為(wei)了保證混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)既(ji)要(yao)有(you)較大(da)輸送(song)(song)量,又(you)能有(you)一(yi)定的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)和與之相(xiang)匹(pi)配的(de)(de)經(jing)濟功(gong)率(lv),在(zai)混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設(she)計(ji)中,大(da)都采用了恒功(gong)率(lv)柱塞(sai)泵(beng);即恒功(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定后,當出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)升高時(shi),油泵(beng)輸出(chu)(chu)(chu)排(pai)量會自動降低,達到(dao)(dao)與功(gong)率(lv)設(she)計(ji)相(xiang)對應的(de)(de)值(zhi);如果既(ji)要(yao)達到(dao)(dao)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)高,又(you)想得到(dao)(dao)輸送(song)(song)量大(da)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)(de)途徑就是增加電機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)。
因此(ci),在(zai)國家新標(biao)準中(zhong),引用(yong)了混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量單位);即(ji)混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)實際(ji)出口壓力(li)與(yu)每小時實際(ji)輸送(song)量之乘積,該(gai)值越(yue)(yue)大,其(qi)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數也(ye)越(yue)(yue)大,電(dian)(dian)機的(de)功(gong)率(lv)也(ye)將越(yue)(yue)大,由此(ci)實現大排量、高(gao)揚程的(de)目(mu)的(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計時,還(huan)采用(yong)了高(gao)低壓切(qie)換(huan)的(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計,以滿足不同的(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟(ji)狀態下,又能(neng)產生(sheng)較(jiao)大的(de)輸送(song)量,或者以相(xiang)同的(de)電(dian)(dian)機功(gong)率(lv),產生(sheng)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)出口壓力(li)。
