隨著(zhu)現代工(gong)業的(de)(de)興起(qi),以混凝(ning)土(tu)為主(zhu)材(cai)料的(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)方式(shi)已經成為了建(jian)筑(zhu)業施工(gong)的(de)(de)主(zhu)要構造之一,在各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)工(gong)程施工(gong)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)占(zhan)據了很大的(de)(de)比(bi)例,使得(de)混凝(ning)土(tu)機械(xie)的(de)(de)發展經久不衰,且(qie)有越演越烈的(de)(de)形勢。拖式(shi)混凝(ning)土(tu)泵,簡稱(cheng)拖泵,是(shi)各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)混凝(ning)土(tu)機械(xie)中(zhong)的(de)(de)一種(zhong)(zhong),用于混凝(ning)土(tu)施工(gong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)和澆注(zhu)工(gong)作。

選擇多大(da)(da)電(dian)機(ji)混凝土(tu)泵,首先要考慮變壓器(qi)容(rong)量,其次考慮距離混凝土(tu)泵的遠近和線徑大(da)(da)小,以免(mian)壓降(jiang)過大(da)(da)造成(cheng)電(dian)流增(zeng)高或(huo)跳閘停(ting)機(ji),過大(da)(da)功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加(jia)和使用不便。電(dian)機(ji)過小,同時也滿足(zu)不了工程需要。

一臺混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)電機功(gong)率是決定出口壓力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)(song)方量(liang)(liang)的(de)前提條件,在電機功(gong)率一定的(de)情況下(xia),壓力(li)的(de)升(sheng)高必將使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)降(jiang)低;相反(fan),降(jiang)低出口壓力(li),將會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)增加(jia)。
為了保證混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵既(ji)要有較(jiao)大(da)(da)輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang),又能(neng)有一(yi)定(ding)的(de)出口(kou)壓力和與之相匹配的(de)經濟功(gong)率(lv)(lv),在混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的(de)設(she)計中(zhong),大(da)(da)都采用了恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵;即恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)值選定(ding)后,當出口(kou)壓力升(sheng)高時,油泵輸(shu)出排量(liang)(liang)會自動(dong)降低,達到與功(gong)率(lv)(lv)設(she)計相對(dui)應的(de)值;如果(guo)既(ji)要達到出口(kou)壓力高,又想得(de)到輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang)大(da)(da)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途(tu)徑就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因此,在國(guo)家新標準中,引(yin)用了混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵的能力指數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵的實際(ji)出口(kou)壓(ya)力與每小時實際(ji)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該值越大(da)(da),其能力指數(shu)也越大(da)(da),電機(ji)的功(gong)率(lv)也將越大(da)(da),由此實現大(da)(da)排量(liang)、高揚程(cheng)的目的。科尼樂公司在設(she)計(ji)時,還采用了高低壓(ya)切換的功(gong)能設(she)計(ji),以(yi)滿足不同的施工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能產(chan)生(sheng)較大(da)(da)的輸送(song)(song)量(liang),或者(zhe)以(yi)相(xiang)同的電機(ji)功(gong)率(lv),產(chan)生(sheng)較高的出口(kou)壓(ya)力。
