一臺混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)電機(ji)功率(lv)是(shi)決(jue)定出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力和輸(shu)送方(fang)量(liang)的(de)前提條件,在電機(ji)功率(lv)一定的(de)情況下,壓(ya)(ya)力的(de)升高(gao)必(bi)將(jiang)使輸(shu)送量(liang)降低;相(xiang)反,降低出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力,將(jiang)會(hui)使輸(shu)送量(liang)增加。
為了保(bao)證混凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵既要(yao)有較大輸(shu)送(song)量,又能(neng)有一定(ding)的(de)出口(kou)壓力(li)(li)和與之相(xiang)匹配(pei)的(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率,在混凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)設(she)計中,大都采用了恒功(gong)(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)(gong)率值(zhi)選(xuan)定(ding)后,當出口(kou)壓力(li)(li)升高時,油(you)泵輸(shu)出排量會(hui)自動降低,達到(dao)與功(gong)(gong)率設(she)計相(xiang)對應的(de)值(zhi);如(ru)果(guo)既要(yao)達到(dao)出口(kou)壓力(li)(li)高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量大的(de)目的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑就是增(zeng)加電(dian)機功(gong)(gong)率。
因此,在國(guo)家新標準(zhun)中,引用了混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)能力(li)(li)指數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)實(shi)際出口(kou)壓力(li)(li)與每(mei)小時(shi)實(shi)際輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)之乘積(ji),該值越大(da)(da),其能力(li)(li)指數(shu)也越大(da)(da),電(dian)機(ji)的(de)功(gong)率(lv)也將(jiang)越大(da)(da),由此實(shi)現(xian)大(da)(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚(yang)程的(de)目(mu)的(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司在設計時(shi),還采用了高(gao)低(di)壓切換的(de)功(gong)能設計,以(yi)滿足不同(tong)的(de)施(shi)工要求,在經(jing)濟狀態下,又能產生較(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),或者以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率(lv),產生較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)出口(kou)壓力(li)(li)。
