選擇多大電機混凝土泵,首(shou)先要(yao)考慮變(bian)壓器容(rong)量,其次考慮距離混凝土泵的遠近和線徑大小(xiao),以免(mian)壓降(jiang)過(guo)大造(zao)成(cheng)電流增高或跳閘(zha)停機,過(guo)大功(gong)率(lv)造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和使用不(bu)便。電機過(guo)小(xiao),同時也(ye)滿足(zu)不(bu)了工程(cheng)需要(yao)。

一臺混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的電機功率是決定(ding)出口壓力和輸(shu)送(song)方量的前(qian)提條件,在(zai)電機功率一定(ding)的情況下,壓力的升高必(bi)將使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量降低;相反,降低出口壓力,將會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量增加(jia)。
為了保(bao)證混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵既要(yao)有較大(da)(da)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang),又(you)能有一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力和與之相匹配的(de)(de)(de)經濟功(gong)率,在(zai)混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)設計中(zhong),大(da)(da)都采用了恒功(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)率值選定(ding)后,當出(chu)口壓力升(sheng)高(gao)時,油泵輸出(chu)排(pai)量(liang)(liang)會自動降(jiang)低,達到(dao)與功(gong)率設計相對(dui)應的(de)(de)(de)值;如(ru)果(guo)既要(yao)達到(dao)出(chu)口壓力高(gao),又(you)想得到(dao)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。惟(wei)一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)途徑就是增(zeng)加(jia)電機功(gong)率。
因此,在國家新標準中,引用(yong)了混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)能(neng)力(li)指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即(ji)混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)出口(kou)壓力(li)與每(mei)小時實(shi)(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)送(song)量之(zhi)乘積,該值(zhi)越大(da),其能(neng)力(li)指數也(ye)越大(da),電機的(de)功率(lv)也(ye)將越大(da),由此實(shi)(shi)現大(da)排量、高(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼(ni)樂(le)公司在設計時,還(huan)采用(yong)了高(gao)低壓切換(huan)的(de)功能(neng)設計,以滿足不同(tong)的(de)施工要求,在經(jing)濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生(sheng)較大(da)的(de)輸(shu)送(song)量,或者(zhe)以相同(tong)的(de)電機功率(lv),產生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)出口(kou)壓力(li)。
