選擇多大(da)電機(ji)混凝土泵,首(shou)先(xian)要考慮變壓器容量,其次考慮距(ju)離混凝土泵的遠近和線徑大(da)小(xiao),以(yi)免(mian)壓降(jiang)過大(da)造成(cheng)電流(liu)增(zeng)高或(huo)跳閘停機(ji),過大(da)功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加和使(shi)用不(bu)便。電機(ji)過小(xiao),同時也滿足不(bu)了工程(cheng)需要。

一臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的電機功(gong)率是決定出口(kou)壓力和(he)輸(shu)送(song)方量的前(qian)提(ti)條件(jian),在(zai)電機功(gong)率一定的情況下,壓力的升高必將使輸(shu)送(song)量降低(di);相反,降低(di)出口(kou)壓力,將會使輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了(le)(le)保證混(hun)凝土輸送泵(beng)既要(yao)有(you)較大輸送量,又(you)能有(you)一(yi)定的(de)出口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)和與(yu)之相匹配的(de)經濟(ji)功(gong)率(lv)(lv),在(zai)混(hun)凝土輸送泵(beng)的(de)設(she)計中,大都(dou)采用了(le)(le)恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選(xuan)定后,當出口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)升高時(shi),油泵(beng)輸出排量會(hui)自動降低,達到與(yu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)設(she)計相對應的(de)值(zhi);如果既要(yao)達到出口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)高,又(you)想得到輸送量大的(de)目的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途(tu)徑就是增加(jia)電機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
