一臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)電(dian)(dian)機功率是決定出口壓力和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方量(liang)的(de)前提條件,在電(dian)(dian)機功率一定的(de)情(qing)況下,壓力的(de)升高必(bi)將(jiang)使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)降低(di);相反,降低(di)出口壓力,將(jiang)會使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)增加。
為了保證混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵既要有(you)較大輸(shu)送(song)量,又(you)能有(you)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力和與之相匹配的(de)(de)經(jing)濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)設計中,大都采(cai)用了恒(heng)(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵;即恒(heng)(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力升(sheng)高時,油泵輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)排量會(hui)自動降(jiang)低,達到(dao)與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)設計相對應(ying)的(de)(de)值(zhi);如(ru)果(guo)既要達到(dao)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力高,又(you)想得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量大的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在國家新標準中,引用了混(hun)凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)能(neng)力(li)指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位(wei));即混(hun)凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)實(shi)際(ji)出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)與每小(xiao)時實(shi)際(ji)輸送(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值越(yue)大(da),其能(neng)力(li)指數也(ye)越(yue)大(da),電機的(de)功率也(ye)將越(yue)大(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程(cheng)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司在設計(ji)時,還采用了高(gao)低壓(ya)切換的(de)功能(neng)設計(ji),以滿足不(bu)同(tong)的(de)施(shi)工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)輸送(song)量(liang),或者以相同(tong)的(de)電機功率,產生較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)。
