選擇多大(da)電機混凝(ning)土泵(beng),首先要(yao)考(kao)慮(lv)變壓器容(rong)量,其次考(kao)慮(lv)距離混凝(ning)土泵(beng)的遠近和線(xian)徑大(da)小(xiao)(xiao),以免壓降過大(da)造成(cheng)電流(liu)增(zeng)高或跳閘停機,過大(da)功率(lv)造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加(jia)和使用不便。電機過小(xiao)(xiao),同時也滿(man)足不了(le)工程(cheng)需要(yao)。

一臺(tai)混凝土輸送泵(beng)的(de)電(dian)機功率是決定出(chu)口壓力(li)和(he)輸送方量的(de)前提條件,在電(dian)機功率一定的(de)情況下,壓力(li)的(de)升高必(bi)將使(shi)輸送量降低;相反,降低出(chu)口壓力(li),將會使(shi)輸送量增加。
為了保證(zheng)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)既要(yao)有較大(da)輸(shu)送(song)量,又能(neng)有一定(ding)的(de)出口壓(ya)(ya)力和與(yu)之相(xiang)匹配(pei)的(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv),在(zai)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)設(she)計中,大(da)都(dou)采(cai)用了恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)(beng);即恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當出口壓(ya)(ya)力升高(gao)時,油泵(beng)(beng)輸(shu)出排(pai)量會自(zi)動降低,達(da)到與(yu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)設(she)計相(xiang)對(dui)應(ying)的(de)值(zhi);如果(guo)既要(yao)達(da)到出口壓(ya)(ya)力高(gao),又想得到輸(shu)送(song)量大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一的(de)途(tu)徑就(jiu)是增加(jia)電機功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此(ci),在(zai)國家新標準中,引用了(le)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)(liang)單位);即(ji)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li)與每小時(shi)實(shi)際輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該(gai)值越大(da),其(qi)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)也越大(da),電(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越大(da),由此(ci)實(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高(gao)揚(yang)程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司(si)在(zai)設計時(shi),還(huan)采(cai)用了(le)高(gao)低壓切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計,以滿足不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態(tai)下,又(you)能(neng)產生較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang),或(huo)者以相同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率,產生較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li)。
