混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵功(gong)率、混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵出口(kou)壓力、混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵輸(shu)送(song)量之間(jian)的關系。
一臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的電機(ji)功率是(shi)決定出口壓力和(he)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)方量的前提條件,在電機(ji)功率一定的情況(kuang)下(xia),壓力的升高必將使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量降低;相反,降低出口壓力,將會使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了保證混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)既要(yao)有較(jiao)大輸送(song)(song)(song)量,又能(neng)有一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力和(he)與之相匹(pi)配的(de)(de)(de)經濟功(gong)率(lv)(lv),在混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)設計(ji)中,大都(dou)采用了恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)值選定(ding)后,當出(chu)口壓(ya)力升高時,油泵(beng)輸出(chu)排量會(hui)自動降(jiang)低,達到(dao)與功(gong)率(lv)(lv)設計(ji)相對應的(de)(de)(de)值;如(ru)果既要(yao)達到(dao)出(chu)口壓(ya)力高,又想得(de)到(dao)輸送(song)(song)(song)量大的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)途徑就(jiu)是(shi)增加電機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準(zhun)中,引(yin)用了混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)力指(zhi)數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位(wei));即混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)實際出口(kou)壓(ya)力與每小時實際輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量之乘積(ji),該值越大(da),其能(neng)力指(zhi)數也越大(da),電機(ji)的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率也將越大(da),由(you)此實現大(da)排量、高揚程的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計時,還(huan)采(cai)用了高低(di)壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)施(shi)工要求,在(zai)經濟狀(zhuang)態下,又(you)能(neng)產(chan)生較大(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量,或(huo)者以(yi)相(xiang)同的(de)(de)電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率,產(chan)生較高的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力。
