選擇多大(da)電(dian)機混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土泵(beng)(beng),首先要考(kao)慮變(bian)壓器(qi)容量(liang),其次考(kao)慮距離(li)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土泵(beng)(beng)的(de)遠近和線(xian)徑大(da)小,以免壓降過(guo)大(da)造成電(dian)流增高或跳(tiao)閘停機,過(guo)大(da)功率造成成本增加(jia)和使用不(bu)便。電(dian)機過(guo)小,同時(shi)也(ye)滿足不(bu)了工程需要。

一臺(tai)混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率是決定(ding)出(chu)口壓(ya)力和輸送(song)(song)方量(liang)的(de)前(qian)提條(tiao)件,在(zai)電(dian)機功(gong)率一定(ding)的(de)情況下,壓(ya)力的(de)升高必將使輸送(song)(song)量(liang)降低;相反(fan),降低出(chu)口壓(ya)力,將會使輸送(song)(song)量(liang)增加。
為了保證混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵既要(yao)有(you)較(jiao)大輸送(song)(song)量(liang),又能有(you)一(yi)定的(de)(de)出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力和與(yu)之相(xiang)匹配(pei)的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)率(lv),在混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)設計中(zhong),大都采用了恒功(gong)率(lv)柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵;即恒功(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選(xuan)定后(hou),當出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力升高時,油泵輸出排量(liang)會(hui)自動降低,達(da)到(dao)(dao)與(yu)功(gong)率(lv)設計相(xiang)對應的(de)(de)值(zhi);如果既要(yao)達(da)到(dao)(dao)出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力高,又想得(de)到(dao)(dao)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)大的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)(de)途徑就是增加(jia)電機功(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在國家新標準中(zhong),引用(yong)了(le)混凝(ning)(ning)土輸送(song)泵的能(neng)(neng)力指(zhi)數(shu)概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)單(dan)位);即混凝(ning)(ning)土輸送(song)泵的實際(ji)出(chu)口壓(ya)力與每小時實際(ji)輸送(song)量(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該值越(yue)大,其能(neng)(neng)力指(zhi)數(shu)也(ye)越(yue)大,電(dian)機的功率也(ye)將越(yue)大,由此實現大排量(liang)、高揚程的目的。科(ke)尼樂公司(si)在設計時,還采用(yong)了(le)高低壓(ya)切換的功能(neng)(neng)設計,以滿足不同(tong)的施工要求,在經濟(ji)狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)產生較大的輸送(song)量(liang),或者以相(xiang)同(tong)的電(dian)機功率,產生較高的出(chu)口壓(ya)力。
