一臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率是決(jue)定出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)方量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)前提條件,在電(dian)機功(gong)率一定的(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況下,壓(ya)力的(de)(de)(de)(de)升高(gao)必(bi)將(jiang)使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)降低;相反,降低出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力,將(jiang)會使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)增加。

因(yin)此(ci),在國(guo)家新標準(zhun)中,引用(yong)了混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)能(neng)力指(zhi)數(shu)概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)(liang)單位);即(ji)混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)實際(ji)出口壓力與每(mei)小時(shi)實際(ji)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)(liang)之乘積,該(gai)值越大(da),其能(neng)力指(zhi)數(shu)也越大(da),電機的(de)功(gong)率(lv)也將越大(da),由此(ci)實現大(da)排量(liang)(liang)(liang)、高揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂(le)公司在設(she)計時(shi),還(huan)采(cai)用(yong)了高低壓切(qie)換的(de)功(gong)能(neng)設(she)計,以滿足不同的(de)施(shi)工(gong)要求,在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產(chan)生較大(da)的(de)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)(liang),或(huo)者以相同的(de)電機功(gong)率(lv),產(chan)生較高的(de)出口壓力。
