一(yi)臺混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)電機功率(lv)是決定出口壓力(li)(li)和(he)輸(shu)送(song)方量的(de)(de)前提條(tiao)件,在電機功率(lv)一(yi)定的(de)(de)情況下,壓力(li)(li)的(de)(de)升高必將使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量降低;相(xiang)反,降低出口壓力(li)(li),將會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為(wei)了保證混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵既(ji)要(yao)有(you)較(jiao)大輸送(song)(song)量(liang),又(you)能(neng)有(you)一(yi)定的(de)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)和與之相(xiang)匹(pi)配的(de)經濟功(gong)率,在混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)設計中,大都采用(yong)了恒(heng)功(gong)率柱塞泵;即(ji)恒(heng)功(gong)率值選定后,當出(chu)(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)升高時,油泵輸出(chu)(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低,達(da)到與功(gong)率設計相(xiang)對應(ying)的(de)值;如果既(ji)要(yao)達(da)到出(chu)(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)高,又(you)想得到輸送(song)(song)量(liang)大的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途徑(jing)就(jiu)是增(zeng)加電機功(gong)率。
因此(ci),在國家(jia)新標準中,引用了(le)(le)混(hun)凝土輸送泵的(de)(de)能力(li)(li)指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度(du)量單(dan)位);即混(hun)凝土輸送泵的(de)(de)實(shi)際出口壓力(li)(li)與每小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)實(shi)際輸送量之乘積,該值(zhi)越大(da),其能力(li)(li)指數也(ye)越大(da),電機的(de)(de)功(gong)率也(ye)將(jiang)越大(da),由(you)此(ci)實(shi)現大(da)排量、高揚(yang)程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司在設計時(shi)(shi),還采用了(le)(le)高低壓切換的(de)(de)功(gong)能設計,以(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)要求,在經濟狀態下,又能產生較大(da)的(de)(de)輸送量,或(huo)者以(yi)相同的(de)(de)電機功(gong)率,產生較高的(de)(de)出口壓力(li)(li)。
