隨著(zhu)現代(dai)工(gong)(gong)業的興(xing)起,以(yi)混(hun)(hun)凝土為主材料(liao)的建設方式已經(jing)成(cheng)為了建筑業施工(gong)(gong)的主要構造之一,在各種(zhong)(zhong)工(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)建設中占據(ju)了很大(da)的比例,使得混(hun)(hun)凝土機(ji)(ji)械(xie)的發展經(jing)久不衰,且有(you)越演越烈的形勢。拖式混(hun)(hun)凝土泵(beng),簡稱拖泵(beng),是各種(zhong)(zhong)混(hun)(hun)凝土機(ji)(ji)械(xie)中的一種(zhong)(zhong),用于混(hun)(hun)凝土施工(gong)(gong)中的輸(shu)送和(he)澆注(zhu)工(gong)(gong)作。

選擇多大電機混凝土(tu)泵(beng),首(shou)先要(yao)考(kao)慮(lv)變壓器(qi)容量,其(qi)次考(kao)慮(lv)距離混凝土(tu)泵(beng)的遠近和(he)線徑(jing)大小(xiao),以免壓降(jiang)過大造成電流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機,過大功率造成成本增(zeng)加和(he)使用不便。電機過小(xiao),同(tong)時也滿(man)足不了工程需要(yao)。

一臺(tai)混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率是決定出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力和輸送(song)方量的(de)前提(ti)條件,在電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率一定的(de)情況下,壓(ya)(ya)力的(de)升高必將使輸送(song)量降低;相(xiang)反,降低出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力,將會使輸送(song)量增(zeng)加。
為(wei)了保證混(hun)(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既(ji)要有較大(da)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),又能有一定(ding)的(de)出(chu)口壓力(li)和與(yu)之(zhi)相匹配的(de)經(jing)濟(ji)功(gong)率(lv)(lv),在(zai)混(hun)(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)設計中,大(da)都(dou)采(cai)用了恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱塞(sai)泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后(hou),當出(chu)口壓力(li)升高時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低,達到與(yu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)設計相對(dui)應的(de)值(zhi);如果既(ji)要達到出(chu)口壓力(li)高,又想得到輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑就是增加電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準中,引用了混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)能力指數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量單(dan)位(wei));即混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)實(shi)際出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力與每小(xiao)時(shi)實(shi)際輸(shu)送(song)量之乘積,該值越大(da),其能力指數(shu)也(ye)越大(da),電機(ji)的(de)功(gong)率(lv)也(ye)將越大(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)排量、高(gao)揚程的(de)目(mu)的(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計時(shi),還采用了高(gao)低壓(ya)(ya)切換的(de)功(gong)能設計,以(yi)滿足不同的(de)施工(gong)要求(qiu),在(zai)經濟狀(zhuang)態下,又能產生較大(da)的(de)輸(shu)送(song)量,或者以(yi)相同的(de)電機(ji)功(gong)率(lv),產生較高(gao)的(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力。
