選擇(ze)多大電機(ji)(ji)混(hun)凝土泵,首(shou)先(xian)要考(kao)慮變(bian)壓(ya)器容量,其次(ci)考(kao)慮距離(li)混(hun)凝土泵的遠近和線(xian)徑大小(xiao),以免壓(ya)降(jiang)過大造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)電流增(zeng)高或跳閘停(ting)機(ji)(ji),過大功率造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)本增(zeng)加和使用不便。電機(ji)(ji)過小(xiao),同時也滿足不了工程需要。

一(yi)臺混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)電機功率(lv)是決定(ding)出口壓(ya)力和輸(shu)送(song)(song)方量的(de)前提條(tiao)件,在(zai)電機功率(lv)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)情況下,壓(ya)力的(de)升高必將使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量降低(di)(di);相反(fan),降低(di)(di)出口壓(ya)力,將會(hui)使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量增加。
為了(le)保證混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)(beng)既(ji)要有較大輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang),又能有一定的(de)(de)(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力和與(yu)之相(xiang)匹配的(de)(de)(de)(de)經濟功(gong)率(lv),在混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)設計中,大都(dou)采用了(le)恒功(gong)率(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)(beng);即(ji)恒功(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定后,當出口(kou)壓力升(sheng)高時,油泵(beng)(beng)輸(shu)出排量(liang)(liang)會自(zi)動降低(di),達到(dao)與(yu)功(gong)率(lv)設計相(xiang)對應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)值(zhi);如果既(ji)要達到(dao)出口(kou)壓力高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)(de)(de)(de)途徑就是增加(jia)電機功(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在國(guo)家(jia)新標準(zhun)中,引用(yong)了混凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)(li)指(zhi)數概念(nian)(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單(dan)位(wei));即(ji)混凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)出口(kou)壓力(li)(li)與每小時(shi)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該(gai)值越(yue)大(da)(da),其能(neng)力(li)(li)指(zhi)數也越(yue)大(da)(da),電機的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率也將(jiang)越(yue)大(da)(da),由(you)此實(shi)(shi)現大(da)(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司在設計(ji)時(shi),還采用(yong)了高(gao)低壓切(qie)換的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計(ji),以(yi)滿(man)足不同的(de)(de)(de)施工要(yao)求,在經(jing)濟狀態(tai)下,又能(neng)產生(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang),或(huo)者以(yi)相(xiang)同的(de)(de)(de)電機功(gong)率,產生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力(li)(li)。
