一(yi)臺(tai)混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)電(dian)機(ji)功率(lv)是決定出(chu)口(kou)壓力和輸(shu)送(song)(song)方量(liang)(liang)的(de)前提條件,在電(dian)機(ji)功率(lv)一(yi)定的(de)情況下,壓力的(de)升高必將使輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出(chu)口(kou)壓力,將會使輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)增加。
為了保證混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵既要(yao)(yao)有較大輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量,又能有一定的出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和與之相匹配(pei)的經濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的設計中,大都采用了恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵;即(ji)恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定后,當出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升(sheng)高時(shi),油泵輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)排量會(hui)自動降(jiang)低,達(da)到(dao)(dao)與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)設計相對應的值(zhi);如果既要(yao)(yao)達(da)到(dao)(dao)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高,又想得(de)到(dao)(dao)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量大的目的。惟一的途徑就(jiu)是增(zeng)加(jia)電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在國(guo)家新標(biao)準中,引用了混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送泵的能力(li)指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送泵的實(shi)際出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)與(yu)每小時實(shi)際輸(shu)送量之(zhi)乘積,該值越大(da),其能力(li)指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)也(ye)越大(da),電機的功(gong)率(lv)也(ye)將(jiang)越大(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)排量、高揚程的目的。科尼(ni)樂公司在設計時,還采用了高低(di)壓(ya)切換(huan)的功(gong)能設計,以滿足不同(tong)的施(shi)工要求,在經濟(ji)狀態下(xia),又能產生較大(da)的輸(shu)送量,或者(zhe)以相同(tong)的電機功(gong)率(lv),產生較高的出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)。
