隨(sui)著現代工(gong)業(ye)的(de)興起(qi),以混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土為主材料的(de)建設(she)方式已經(jing)(jing)成(cheng)為了建筑業(ye)施(shi)工(gong)的(de)主要構造之(zhi)一(yi),在各(ge)種(zhong)工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)建設(she)中(zhong)占據了很大(da)的(de)比例,使得混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土機械的(de)發(fa)展經(jing)(jing)久不(bu)衰,且有越演越烈的(de)形勢。拖(tuo)式混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土泵(beng),簡稱拖(tuo)泵(beng),是各(ge)種(zhong)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土機械中(zhong)的(de)一(yi)種(zhong),用于混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)的(de)輸送和澆(jiao)注(zhu)工(gong)作。

選擇多大(da)(da)電(dian)(dian)機混(hun)凝土泵,首先要考(kao)慮變壓器容量,其次考(kao)慮距離混(hun)凝土泵的遠近和線徑大(da)(da)小,以免壓降過大(da)(da)造成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)增高或(huo)跳閘停機,過大(da)(da)功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和使用不(bu)便。電(dian)(dian)機過小,同時也(ye)滿(man)足不(bu)了工程需要。
混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵功率、混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵出口壓力、混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵輸(shu)(shu)送量之間的關系
一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)電機功率是(shi)決(jue)定出口壓力和輸(shu)送(song)方量的(de)前提條(tiao)件(jian),在電機功率一定的(de)情況下,壓力的(de)升高必將使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量降低(di);相反,降低(di)出口壓力,將會使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了保證(zheng)混凝(ning)土輸送泵既要有較(jiao)大(da)輸送量(liang)(liang),又能有一定(ding)的出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)和與之(zhi)相匹配的經濟功(gong)率(lv),在(zai)混凝(ning)土輸送泵的設(she)計(ji)中(zhong),大(da)都采用了恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)升高(gao)時(shi),油泵輸出(chu)排(pai)量(liang)(liang)會自動降(jiang)低,達到(dao)與功(gong)率(lv)設(she)計(ji)相對(dui)應的值(zhi);如果既要達到(dao)出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)高(gao),又想(xiang)得到(dao)輸送量(liang)(liang)大(da)的目的。惟一的途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在國家新(xin)標準中,引用(yong)了混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)能力(li)指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)概(gai)念(以MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即(ji)混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)實(shi)際(ji)出口壓力(li)與每小(xiao)時(shi)實(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)送量之乘積,該值越大(da)(da),其能力(li)指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)也越大(da)(da),電(dian)機(ji)的(de)功(gong)率也將越大(da)(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)(da)排(pai)量、高揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼(ni)樂公(gong)司在設(she)計時(shi),還采用(yong)了高低壓切換的(de)功(gong)能設(she)計,以滿足不同(tong)的(de)施工要(yao)求,在經(jing)濟狀態(tai)下,又能產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)輸(shu)送量,或者以相同(tong)的(de)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率,產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)較高的(de)出口壓力(li)。
