一(yi)臺混凝土輸送泵(beng)的電(dian)機功率(lv)(lv)是決定出(chu)口壓力(li)和輸送方量的前(qian)提(ti)條(tiao)件,在電(dian)機功率(lv)(lv)一(yi)定的情況下,壓力(li)的升(sheng)高必將使輸送量降(jiang)低(di);相(xiang)反,降(jiang)低(di)出(chu)口壓力(li),將會使輸送量增加。

因此,在國家(jia)新標準中,引用了(le)混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)指數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)單位(wei));即(ji)混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)出口壓(ya)力(li)與每(mei)小時(shi)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)輸送(song)量(liang)之乘積(ji),該(gai)值越大(da),其能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)指數(shu)也(ye)(ye)越大(da),電(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)(de)功率也(ye)(ye)將越大(da),由此實(shi)(shi)現(xian)大(da)排量(liang)、高揚程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司在設(she)計時(shi),還(huan)采用了(le)高低(di)壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)設(she)計,以(yi)滿足不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在經濟狀(zhuang)態下,又能(neng)(neng)(neng)產生(sheng)較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸送(song)量(liang),或者以(yi)相同的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機功率,產生(sheng)較高的(de)(de)(de)(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)。
