隨著現(xian)代(dai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業的(de)(de)興(xing)起(qi),以混凝(ning)土(tu)為主材料(liao)的(de)(de)建設方式已經成為了建筑業施工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)主要構造之(zhi)一,在(zai)各(ge)種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)(gong)建設中占據了很大的(de)(de)比例(li),使得混凝(ning)土(tu)機械的(de)(de)發展(zhan)經久(jiu)不衰,且(qie)有越演(yan)越烈的(de)(de)形勢。拖(tuo)式混凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng)(beng),簡稱拖(tuo)泵(beng)(beng),是各(ge)種(zhong)混凝(ning)土(tu)機械中的(de)(de)一種(zhong),用于(yu)混凝(ning)土(tu)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)中的(de)(de)輸送和(he)澆(jiao)注工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。
拖泵(beng)分(fen)類選型

選(xuan)擇多(duo)大(da)(da)(da)電機混凝(ning)土(tu)泵,首先要(yao)考慮變壓器容量,其次考慮距離混凝(ning)土(tu)泵的遠(yuan)近(jin)和線徑大(da)(da)(da)小,以免(mian)壓降過大(da)(da)(da)造成電流(liu)增(zeng)高或跳(tiao)閘停(ting)機,過大(da)(da)(da)功率造成成本增(zeng)加和使(shi)用不(bu)便。電機過小,同時(shi)也滿足不(bu)了工程需(xu)要(yao)。
混凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)(beng)功率、混凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)(beng)出口(kou)壓力、混凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)(beng)輸(shu)送量之間的關系
一臺混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的電機功率是決定(ding)出(chu)口壓力和(he)輸(shu)送(song)(song)方量(liang)的前提條件,在電機功率一定(ding)的情況下,壓力的升(sheng)高必將使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)降低(di);相反,降低(di)出(chu)口壓力,將會使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)增加。
為了保證混凝(ning)土輸送(song)(song)泵既要有較大(da)輸送(song)(song)量(liang),又能有一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)和(he)與之相(xiang)匹配的(de)(de)(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv),在(zai)混凝(ning)土輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)設(she)計(ji)中,大(da)都(dou)采用了恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定后,當出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)升高(gao)(gao)時,油泵輸出(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低(di),達到與功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)設(she)計(ji)相(xiang)對(dui)應的(de)(de)(de)值(zhi);如(ru)果既要達到出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)高(gao)(gao),又想(xiang)得到輸送(song)(song)量(liang)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)途徑就是增(zeng)加電(dian)機功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家新(xin)標準中,引用(yong)(yong)了(le)混凝土(tu)(tu)輸送泵的能力指數(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度(du)量(liang)(liang)單位);即混凝土(tu)(tu)輸送泵的實際(ji)出(chu)口(kou)壓力與每(mei)小時實際(ji)輸送量(liang)(liang)之乘積,該值(zhi)越大,其能力指數(shu)也(ye)(ye)越大,電機(ji)的功(gong)率(lv)也(ye)(ye)將越大,由(you)此實現大排量(liang)(liang)、高(gao)揚程的目的。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計時,還采(cai)用(yong)(yong)了(le)高(gao)低(di)壓切換(huan)的功(gong)能設計,以滿足(zu)不同(tong)(tong)的施(shi)工要(yao)求(qiu),在(zai)經濟狀態(tai)下,又能產生較大的輸送量(liang)(liang),或(huo)者以相同(tong)(tong)的電機(ji)功(gong)率(lv),產生較高(gao)的出(chu)口(kou)壓力。
