隨著現代工(gong)業的(de)(de)興起,以混凝(ning)土(tu)為主材料的(de)(de)建設(she)方式(shi)已經(jing)成(cheng)為了建筑(zhu)業施(shi)工(gong)的(de)(de)主要構造(zao)之一,在各(ge)種工(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)建設(she)中(zhong)占據了很大(da)的(de)(de)比(bi)例,使得混凝(ning)土(tu)機械的(de)(de)發展經(jing)久不(bu)衰,且有越演越烈的(de)(de)形勢。拖(tuo)式(shi)混凝(ning)土(tu)泵,簡稱拖(tuo)泵,是各(ge)種混凝(ning)土(tu)機械中(zhong)的(de)(de)一種,用于(yu)混凝(ning)土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)輸送和澆注工(gong)作。

選擇多大(da)電(dian)機混凝(ning)土(tu)泵,首先要考慮變壓(ya)器容(rong)量,其次考慮距離混凝(ning)土(tu)泵的遠近和線徑大(da)小(xiao),以免壓(ya)降過大(da)造成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機,過大(da)功率造成(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)本增(zeng)加和使(shi)用(yong)不(bu)便。電(dian)機過小(xiao),同時(shi)也滿足不(bu)了工(gong)程需要。

一臺(tai)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的電(dian)機功率(lv)是決定出口壓(ya)力和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)方量的前提條件,在電(dian)機功率(lv)一定的情況下(xia),壓(ya)力的升(sheng)高必(bi)將使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量降低(di);相反(fan),降低(di)出口壓(ya)力,將會使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量增加。
為了保證混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵既要有(you)較大(da)(da)輸(shu)送量(liang),又(you)能有(you)一定(ding)的出口(kou)壓(ya)力和與之相匹配的經(jing)濟功率,在(zai)混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的設(she)計中(zhong),大(da)(da)都采用了恒功率柱塞(sai)泵;即恒功率值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當出口(kou)壓(ya)力升高(gao)時(shi),油泵輸(shu)出排量(liang)會自動(dong)降低,達到與功率設(she)計相對應的值(zhi);如果(guo)既要達到出口(kou)壓(ya)力高(gao),又(you)想得(de)到輸(shu)送量(liang)大(da)(da)的目(mu)的。惟一的途徑就是增加(jia)電機功率。
因此,在(zai)(zai)國家新標準(zhun)中,引(yin)用(yong)了混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的能力指(zhi)數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)單位);即混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的實際出口壓力與每小時實際輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該(gai)值越大(da),其能力指(zhi)數(shu)也(ye)越大(da),電(dian)機的功率(lv)也(ye)將越大(da),由此實現大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的目的。科尼樂(le)公(gong)司在(zai)(zai)設計(ji)時,還采用(yong)了高(gao)低(di)壓切換的功能設計(ji),以(yi)滿足不同(tong)的施(shi)工要求,在(zai)(zai)經(jing)濟狀態下,又能產生較大(da)的輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang),或者以(yi)相同(tong)的電(dian)機功率(lv),產生較高(gao)的出口壓力。
