從該齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)的結構(gou)(gou)和技(ji)術參數(shu)可(ke)知,該錐(zhui)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)屬于標準結構(gou)(gou),一般情(qing)況下,標準直(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)錐(zhui)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)成形銑(xian) 刀的齒(chi)(chi)形是按大(da)端背錐(zhui)當(dang)量(liang)漸開(kai)線齒(chi)(chi)形設計(ji),而齒(chi)(chi)厚則按照(zhao)小端設計(ji),并考慮留有一定精切余量(liang)。一 般情(qing)況下直(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)錐(zhui)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)成形銑(xian)刀有3把(ba)、8把(ba)、15把(ba)、26把(ba)一套,刀號應按照(zhao)錐(zhui)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)當(dang)量(liang)齒(chi)(chi)數(shu)來選擇。當(dang) 量(liang)齒(chi)(chi)數(shu)Zv可(ke)按照(zhao)下式(shi)計(ji)算:
熱處理工(gong)藝方法(fa)及過程
如(ru)前(qian)文(wen)所述,機加工(gong)前(qian)對(dui)齒坯進行整體高溫正火處(chu)理,正火設備為RT-90-9 箱式爐,具體工(gong)藝(yi)過(guo)程是,爐溫升至裝(zhuang)爐溫度(du)400-650℃時(shi),將齒輪放 爐中,裝(zhuang)零(ling)件時(shi)如(ru)果需(xu)要(yao)疊放,疊放高度(du)不要(yao)超過(guo)兩層,然后將零(ling)件加熱至920-940℃,使組(zu)織完全發生(sheng)相(xiang)變(bian),保溫30-50分鐘后,空(kong)冷(leng)即(ji)可(ke)。正火工(gong)藝(yi):
由于該齒輪精度(du)(du)要求(qiu)不是(shi)(shi)(shi)很高,為(wei)降(jiang)低滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火成本,可(ke)(ke)以采用(yong)(yong)滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)后直(zhi)接淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火的(de)(de)工藝方(fang)法,具(ju) 體方(fang)法是(shi)(shi)(shi)將零件裝入(ru)滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)筐中,不要疊加(jia),爐(lu)溫(wen)(wen)升至840℃開始滴航(hang)空煤(mei)油(you),煤(mei)油(you)滴速(su)為(wei)60-80d/min, 爐(lu)溫(wen)(wen)升至930℃時(shi)零件開始裝爐(lu)。排氣(qi)期(qi)(qi)結束后,放(fang)入(ru)兩只試棒,其(qi)中一(yi)只試棒在(zai)擴散時(shi)間為(wei)120 min時(shi)取出(chu)(chu)淬(cui)(cui)(cui)油(you)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)并(bing)檢(jian)驗淬(cui)(cui)(cui)硬層深(shen)度(du)(du),根據檢(jian)驗結果決定(ding)(ding)是(shi)(shi)(shi)否降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen),若滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)層深(shen)度(du)(du)不足,擴散期(qi)(qi)延長至 150min。滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)時(shi)可(ke)(ke)按照表1規(gui)定(ding)(ding)參(can)數進行(xing)(xing),為(wei)控(kong)制滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)時(shi)的(de)(de)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)勢濃度(du)(du),可(ke)(ke)采用(yong)(yong)在(zai)滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)爐(lu)中加(jia)裝氧(yang)傳感 器的(de)(de)方(fang)法進行(xing)(xing)監測和控(kong)制,氧(yang)傳感器通過(guo)氧(yang)化鋯(gao)探頭,將氣(qi)氛狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態轉化為(wei)電勢差,上述(shu)差值(zhi)通過(guo)控(kong)制 系統的(de)(de)比較和計(ji)算,確定(ding)(ding)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)勢的(de)(de)濃度(du)(du)是(shi)(shi)(shi)否合適(shi)并(bing)對其(qi)進行(xing)(xing)自動優化和調整,使碳(tan)(tan)(tan)勢控(kong)制精度(du)(du)可(ke)(ke)以達到 ≤±0.05%C,可(ke)(ke)有效控(kong)制滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)層深(shen)度(du)(du)并(bing)提高滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)層的(de)(de)質(zhi)量,確保無塊狀(zhuang)(zhuang)、網狀(zhuang)(zhuang)滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)物(wu),滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)設備(bei)采 用(yong)(yong)RQ3-75-9井(jing)式(shi)滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)爐(lu)。滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)均溫(wen)(wen)期(qi)(qi)結束后,零件出(chu)(chu)爐(lu)直(zhi)接淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火。淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火設備(bei)選用(yong)(yong)專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)恒溫(wen)(wen)油(you)槽,淬(cui)(cui)(cui) 火介質(zhi)為(wei)專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)等溫(wen)(wen)分級淬(cui)(cui)(cui)火油(you),介質(zhi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)恒定(ding)(ding)在(zai)110-120℃之(zhi)間,冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)30min后,出(chu)(chu)爐(lu)空冷(leng)(leng)。
為消除(chu)淬火(huo)(huo)后零(ling)(ling)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)殘余應(ying)力并(bing)防止淬火(huo)(huo)裂紋的(de)(de)產生,應(ying)盡快(kuai)將淬火(huo)(huo)后的(de)(de)零(ling)(ling)件(jian)(jian)進行(xing)低溫回(hui)火(huo)(huo)處理(li),具體工藝方(fang)法(fa)是在當爐溫升至160℃左右時零(ling)(ling) 件(jian)(jian)開始裝爐,保(bao)溫120-150min后,出(chu)爐空(kong)冷,回(hui)火(huo)(huo)設(she)備(bei)為RJJ-36-6回(hui)火(huo)(huo)爐。淬火(huo)(huo)及回(hui)火(huo)(huo)工藝圖見圖5:
后序處理(li)
將熱處理后(hou)的(de)零件放在(zai)噴砂(sha)機的(de)轉盤(pan)上進行噴砂(sha)處理,選用石英砂(sha)的(de)粒度為10-20目,在(zai)噴砂(sha)過 程中(zhong)要(yao)經常翻動零件使各面噴砂(sha)效果均勻。零件噴砂(sha)完后(hou),放入防銹液(ye)中(zhong)浸(jin)泡2-4min后(hou),在(zai)空氣中(zhong)干 燥。需(xu)要(yao)注意的(de)是,防銹處理必須在(zai)噴砂(sha)后(hou)24小時內完成。
效果(guo)
上述方法簡(jian)單(dan)實用(yong),不需(xu)要(yao)專用(yong)裝備即可實現直齒錐(zhui)齒輪(lun)的加工(gong),且(qie)經濟性(xing)好(hao),成本(ben)較(jiao)低。經對 加工(gong)后的錐(zhui)齒輪(lun)進行檢測,尺寸及形位精(jing)度(du)均符合要(yao)求(qiu),滲(shen)碳層(ceng)深度(du)為(wei)1.1-1.3mm,齒部金(jin)相組織(zhi)為(wei) 單(dan)一的板條狀回火馬氏體(ti)組織(zhi),硬度(du)為(wei)HRC58-62。心部硬度(du)為(wei)HRC36-40,完全可以滿(man)足該零件的質(zhi) 量要(yao)求(qiu)。
