選擇(ze)多(duo)大電機(ji)混凝土泵,首先要考慮(lv)變壓(ya)器容量,其次(ci)考慮(lv)距離混凝土泵的遠近和線徑大小(xiao)(xiao),以(yi)免壓(ya)降過(guo)大造成(cheng)電流增高或(huo)跳閘停(ting)機(ji),過(guo)大功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和使用(yong)不便。電機(ji)過(guo)小(xiao)(xiao),同時也滿足不了工程需要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的電(dian)機(ji)功率是(shi)決定出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方量的前提條件,在電(dian)機(ji)功率一定的情況下(xia),壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)的升高(gao)必(bi)將(jiang)使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量降低;相(xiang)反,降低出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li),將(jiang)會使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了(le)保證混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既(ji)(ji)要(yao)有(you)較大輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量,又能有(you)一定的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和與(yu)(yu)之相匹配(pei)的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)率(lv),在混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設計(ji)中,大都采用了(le)恒(heng)(heng)功(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)(heng)功(gong)率(lv)值選(xuan)定后(hou),當出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升高(gao)時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)排量會(hui)自(zi)動降(jiang)低,達(da)到與(yu)(yu)功(gong)率(lv)設計(ji)相對應的(de)(de)值;如果既(ji)(ji)要(yao)達(da)到出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高(gao),又想得到輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量大的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途徑就是增加(jia)電機功(gong)率(lv)。
因此(ci),在(zai)國家新標準中,引(yin)用了混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)能力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量單位(wei));即混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)實際出口壓力(li)與每小時(shi)實際輸(shu)送(song)量之乘積,該值(zhi)越(yue)(yue)大(da),其能力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)也越(yue)(yue)大(da),電(dian)機的(de)(de)功(gong)率(lv)也將越(yue)(yue)大(da),由(you)此(ci)實現大(da)排量、高揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司在(zai)設計(ji)時(shi),還采用了高低壓切換的(de)(de)功(gong)能設計(ji),以滿足不同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經(jing)濟狀態下(xia),又(you)能產生較大(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量,或者以相(xiang)同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率(lv),產生較高的(de)(de)出口壓力(li)。
