隨著現代工(gong)(gong)業(ye)的(de)(de)興起,以混(hun)凝土(tu)為主材料的(de)(de)建設方式已經成為了(le)(le)建筑業(ye)施工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)主要(yao)構造之一,在(zai)各種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)建設中(zhong)占據了(le)(le)很大的(de)(de)比例,使得混(hun)凝土(tu)機械(xie)的(de)(de)發展經久不衰(shuai),且有越(yue)演越(yue)烈的(de)(de)形勢。拖(tuo)式混(hun)凝土(tu)泵,簡(jian)稱拖(tuo)泵,是各種(zhong)混(hun)凝土(tu)機械(xie)中(zhong)的(de)(de)一種(zhong),用于(yu)混(hun)凝土(tu)施工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)和澆(jiao)注工(gong)(gong)作。

選擇多大(da)(da)電機(ji)混凝土(tu)泵,首先(xian)要(yao)考慮變壓器容量,其次考慮距離混凝土(tu)泵的(de)遠近和(he)線徑(jing)大(da)(da)小,以免壓降過(guo)(guo)(guo)大(da)(da)造成電流增高或跳閘停(ting)機(ji),過(guo)(guo)(guo)大(da)(da)功(gong)率造成成本增加和(he)使(shi)用不(bu)便。電機(ji)過(guo)(guo)(guo)小,同時也滿(man)足(zu)不(bu)了工程需要(yao)。

一(yi)臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)電機功率是決定出口(kou)壓力(li)(li)和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方(fang)量(liang)的(de)(de)前(qian)提條件(jian),在電機功率一(yi)定的(de)(de)情況下,壓力(li)(li)的(de)(de)升高必(bi)將使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)降低;相反,降低出口(kou)壓力(li)(li),將會(hui)使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)增(zeng)加。
為了保(bao)證(zheng)混凝(ning)土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)既要有(you)較大輸送(song)(song)量,又能有(you)一(yi)(yi)定(ding)的出(chu)口壓力(li)和與之(zhi)相(xiang)匹配的經濟功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝(ning)土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的設計中,大都采用了恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當(dang)出(chu)口壓力(li)升(sheng)高(gao)時(shi),油泵(beng)輸出(chu)排(pai)量會自動降低,達到(dao)(dao)與功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)設計相(xiang)對(dui)應的值(zhi);如果既要達到(dao)(dao)出(chu)口壓力(li)高(gao),又想得(de)到(dao)(dao)輸送(song)(song)量大的目的。惟一(yi)(yi)的途徑就是增(zeng)加(jia)電機功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在國家新標準中,引用了(le)(le)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)能力指(zhi)數(shu)(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量單位(wei));即混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)實際出口(kou)壓力與每小(xiao)時(shi)實際輸(shu)送(song)量之乘積,該值越大(da),其能力指(zhi)數(shu)(shu)也越大(da),電(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)功(gong)率(lv)也將越大(da),由此實現大(da)排(pai)量、高揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司在設(she)計時(shi),還采(cai)用了(le)(le)高低壓切換的(de)(de)功(gong)能設(she)計,以滿足(zu)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)施工要求(qiu),在經濟狀態(tai)下(xia),又能產生較大(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量,或者以相(xiang)同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率(lv),產生較高的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力。
