隨著現代工(gong)(gong)業的(de)(de)興起(qi),以混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土為(wei)主材料的(de)(de)建設方式已經(jing)成為(wei)了(le)建筑業施工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)主要構(gou)造之(zhi)一,在(zai)各(ge)種工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)建設中占據了(le)很大(da)的(de)(de)比例,使得混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土機械(xie)的(de)(de)發展(zhan)經(jing)久不衰(shuai),且有越演(yan)越烈的(de)(de)形(xing)勢(shi)。拖式混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土泵,簡稱拖泵,是各(ge)種混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土機械(xie)中的(de)(de)一種,用于混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土施工(gong)(gong)中的(de)(de)輸送和澆注工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。

選擇多大電(dian)機混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵,首先(xian)要考慮變壓器(qi)容量(liang),其次考慮距離(li)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵的遠(yuan)近和(he)(he)線(xian)徑大小,以免(mian)壓降過大造(zao)成(cheng)電(dian)流增(zeng)高或跳(tiao)閘(zha)停機,過大功率造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加和(he)(he)使(shi)用(yong)不便。電(dian)機過小,同(tong)時(shi)也(ye)滿足不了工程需要。

一臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的電(dian)機功(gong)率是決定出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方量的前提條件,在電(dian)機功(gong)率一定的情(qing)況下,壓力(li)的升高必將使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量降低(di);相反(fan),降低(di)出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li),將會使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量增加(jia)。
為了保證混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵既要有較大(da)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量,又(you)能有一定的(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和(he)與之相匹(pi)配(pei)的(de)經濟功(gong)率,在混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)設計(ji)中,大(da)都采(cai)用了恒功(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)率值(zhi)選定后,當出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升(sheng)高時,油泵輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)排量會自動降低,達到(dao)與功(gong)率設計(ji)相對應的(de)值(zhi);如(ru)果既要達到(dao)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高,又(you)想得到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率。
因此(ci)(ci),在國家新(xin)標準中,引用了混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)(li)指數(shu)概(gai)念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際出(chu)口壓力(li)(li)與每(mei)小時實(shi)際輸送(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值越(yue)大(da),其(qi)能(neng)力(li)(li)指數(shu)也(ye)(ye)越(yue)大(da),電機的(de)(de)(de)功率也(ye)(ye)將越(yue)大(da),由此(ci)(ci)實(shi)現(xian)大(da)排量(liang)、高揚程的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂(le)公司在設(she)計時,還采用了高低壓切(qie)換的(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)設(she)計,以(yi)滿足不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工要求,在經濟狀(zhuang)態下(xia),又(you)能(neng)產生較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸送(song)量(liang),或者以(yi)相同的(de)(de)(de)電機功率,產生較高的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力(li)(li)。
