隨著現(xian)代(dai)工(gong)業的興起,以混(hun)凝土(tu)為主材料的建(jian)設(she)方式(shi)已經成為了建(jian)筑(zhu)業施(shi)工(gong)的主要構(gou)造之一,在各種工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)占(zhan)據了很大的比(bi)例,使得混(hun)凝土(tu)機械的發展經久不衰,且有越演越烈的形勢。拖式(shi)混(hun)凝土(tu)泵,簡稱拖泵,是各種混(hun)凝土(tu)機械中(zhong)的一種,用于混(hun)凝土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)的輸送和澆注工(gong)作。

選擇多(duo)大(da)(da)(da)電機(ji)混(hun)凝土(tu)泵,首先要考(kao)慮變壓(ya)(ya)器容量(liang),其次考(kao)慮距(ju)離混(hun)凝土(tu)泵的(de)遠近和(he)線徑大(da)(da)(da)小(xiao),以免壓(ya)(ya)降過大(da)(da)(da)造成電流增高或跳(tiao)閘停機(ji),過大(da)(da)(da)功率造成成本增加和(he)使(shi)用不便。電機(ji)過小(xiao),同(tong)時(shi)也滿(man)足不了工(gong)程需要。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的電機功率是決定出(chu)口壓力(li)和(he)輸(shu)送(song)方量的前提條(tiao)件,在電機功率一(yi)定的情況(kuang)下,壓力(li)的升高必將使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量降低(di);相反(fan),降低(di)出(chu)口壓力(li),將會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量增(zeng)加。
為了(le)保證(zheng)混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既(ji)(ji)要有較大(da)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量,又能有一(yi)定的出(chu)口壓力和(he)與(yu)之相匹配(pei)的經(jing)濟功(gong)率,在混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的設(she)計中,大(da)都(dou)采用了(le)恒(heng)(heng)功(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即(ji)恒(heng)(heng)功(gong)率值選(xuan)定后,當出(chu)口壓力升高時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)排量會自動降(jiang)低,達到(dao)(dao)與(yu)功(gong)率設(she)計相對應的值;如果既(ji)(ji)要達到(dao)(dao)出(chu)口壓力高,又想得到(dao)(dao)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量大(da)的目的。惟一(yi)的途徑就是(shi)增加(jia)電機功(gong)率。
因此,在國家新標準中,引用了混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)能力指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度(du)量(liang)(liang)單(dan)位);即混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)實際(ji)出口壓(ya)力與每小(xiao)時實際(ji)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)之(zhi)乘積(ji),該(gai)值越大(da),其能力指數也(ye)越大(da),電機的(de)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)也(ye)將越大(da),由(you)此實現(xian)大(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高(gao)揚(yang)程(cheng)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。科尼樂公司(si)在設(she)(she)計(ji)時,還采用了高(gao)低壓(ya)切換的(de)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能設(she)(she)計(ji),以滿足(zu)不同(tong)的(de)施工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能產(chan)生(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang),或(huo)者以相同(tong)的(de)電機功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv),產(chan)生(sheng)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)出口壓(ya)力。
