一臺混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的電(dian)機功(gong)率(lv)是決定(ding)出口壓(ya)力和(he)輸送(song)(song)方量的前提條(tiao)件,在電(dian)機功(gong)率(lv)一定(ding)的情(qing)況下,壓(ya)力的升高必將(jiang)使輸送(song)(song)量降低;相反(fan),降低出口壓(ya)力,將(jiang)會使輸送(song)(song)量增加。

因(yin)此,在(zai)(zai)國家(jia)新(xin)標準中,引用了(le)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)能(neng)力指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單位);即混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)實際(ji)出口(kou)壓(ya)力與(yu)每小時(shi)(shi)實際(ji)輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)之乘積,該值越大(da),其能(neng)力指數也(ye)越大(da),電機的(de)(de)功(gong)率(lv)也(ye)將越大(da),由此實現大(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司(si)在(zai)(zai)設計時(shi)(shi),還采用了(le)高(gao)低壓(ya)切(qie)換的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)施工(gong)要求,在(zai)(zai)經濟狀(zhuang)態下,又能(neng)產生較大(da)的(de)(de)輸送(song)量(liang)(liang),或者以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)(de)電機功(gong)率(lv),產生較高(gao)的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力。
