隨著現代工業的興起,以混(hun)凝土(tu)為主材料的建設方式(shi)已經(jing)成(cheng)為了(le)建筑業施工的主要(yao)構造之一,在(zai)各種工程施工建設中占據(ju)了(le)很大的比例,使得混(hun)凝土(tu)機械(xie)的發展經(jing)久不衰,且有越演越烈的形勢。拖(tuo)式(shi)混(hun)凝土(tu)泵,簡稱拖(tuo)泵,是(shi)各種混(hun)凝土(tu)機械(xie)中的一種,用(yong)于(yu)混(hun)凝土(tu)施工中的輸送和(he)澆注工作。

選擇多大(da)電機混凝(ning)土泵(beng),首(shou)先要考慮變壓(ya)器容量,其(qi)次(ci)考慮距離混凝(ning)土泵(beng)的(de)遠(yuan)近和(he)線徑大(da)小,以免壓(ya)降過(guo)大(da)造成(cheng)電流增高或跳閘停機,過(guo)大(da)功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本(ben)增加和(he)使用不便。電機過(guo)小,同時也滿足(zu)不了工程需要。

一(yi)臺混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的電機功率(lv)是決定出口壓(ya)(ya)力和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)方量(liang)的前提條件,在電機功率(lv)一(yi)定的情況下,壓(ya)(ya)力的升高(gao)必將使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)降低;相(xiang)反(fan),降低出口壓(ya)(ya)力,將會使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)增加。
為了保證混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵既(ji)要有較(jiao)大(da)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),又能(neng)有一(yi)定的(de)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力和與(yu)之相匹配的(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv),在混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)設(she)計中(zhong),大(da)都采用了恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)柱塞泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)值選(xuan)定后,當出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力升高時,油泵輸(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)會自動(dong)降低,達到(dao)與(yu)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)設(she)計相對應的(de)值;如果(guo)既(ji)要達到(dao)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力高,又想(xiang)得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途(tu)徑就是增加電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)。
因此(ci),在(zai)國家新(xin)標準(zhun)中,引用(yong)了混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)(liang)單位);即混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)實際出口壓力(li)(li)與每小(xiao)時(shi)實際輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)之乘積,該(gai)值越大(da),其能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)指數也(ye)越大(da),電機的(de)功(gong)(gong)率也(ye)將越大(da),由此(ci)實現(xian)大(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司在(zai)設計時(shi),還采用(yong)了高(gao)低壓切換的(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)設計,以滿足不同(tong)的(de)施工要(yao)求,在(zai)經濟(ji)狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)產生較大(da)的(de)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang),或者以相同(tong)的(de)電機功(gong)(gong)率,產生較高(gao)的(de)出口壓力(li)(li)。
