隨著現(xian)代(dai)工(gong)(gong)業的(de)(de)興起,以混(hun)凝土為主材料(liao)的(de)(de)建設方式已經成為了建筑業施工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)主要構造之一,在(zai)各種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)建設中(zhong)占據了很大的(de)(de)比例,使得混(hun)凝土機械的(de)(de)發展經久不衰,且有(you)越演(yan)越烈的(de)(de)形(xing)勢(shi)。拖(tuo)式混(hun)凝土泵,簡稱拖(tuo)泵,是各種(zhong)混(hun)凝土機械中(zhong)的(de)(de)一種(zhong),用于混(hun)凝土施工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)輸送和澆(jiao)注工(gong)(gong)作。

選(xuan)擇(ze)多大(da)(da)電(dian)機混凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng),首先(xian)要考慮變壓(ya)器容量(liang),其(qi)次考慮距(ju)離混凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng)的(de)遠(yuan)近和線(xian)徑大(da)(da)小,以免(mian)壓(ya)降過大(da)(da)造(zao)成(cheng)電(dian)流(liu)增高(gao)或(huo)跳閘(zha)停機,過大(da)(da)功率造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加(jia)和使用不便。電(dian)機過小,同時也滿(man)足不了工程(cheng)需(xu)要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵的(de)電機功率是決定出口壓力(li)和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)方量的(de)前提條件,在電機功率一定的(de)情況(kuang)下,壓力(li)的(de)升高必將(jiang)使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量降低(di);相(xiang)反,降低(di)出口壓力(li),將(jiang)會使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量增(zeng)加。
為了(le)保證(zheng)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既(ji)(ji)要(yao)有(you)較大(da)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量,又能有(you)一(yi)定的(de)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和與(yu)(yu)之相匹配的(de)經濟功率(lv)(lv),在混凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)設(she)計中,大(da)都采用了(le)恒功率(lv)(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒功率(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選定后,當出(chu)(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升(sheng)高時,油(you)泵(beng)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)排量會自動降低,達到(dao)與(yu)(yu)功率(lv)(lv)設(she)計相對應的(de)值(zhi);如果既(ji)(ji)要(yao)達到(dao)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途徑就是增加電機功率(lv)(lv)。
因此(ci)(ci),在(zai)(zai)國(guo)家新標(biao)準(zhun)中,引(yin)用(yong)(yong)了混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)能(neng)(neng)力指(zhi)數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單位);即混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)實際出口壓力與每小(xiao)時實際輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)之乘積,該值越大(da),其能(neng)(neng)力指(zhi)數也越大(da),電機(ji)的(de)功(gong)(gong)率也將越大(da),由此(ci)(ci)實現大(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高揚程的(de)目(mu)的(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司(si)在(zai)(zai)設計時,還采用(yong)(yong)了高低壓切換的(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)設計,以滿足不(bu)同(tong)的(de)施工(gong)要求,在(zai)(zai)經濟(ji)狀態(tai)下,又能(neng)(neng)產(chan)生較大(da)的(de)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang),或者以相同(tong)的(de)電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率,產(chan)生較高的(de)出口壓力。
