從該(gai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪的結構和(he)技(ji)術參數(shu)可(ke)知,該(gai)錐齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪屬于(yu)標準結構,一般(ban)情(qing)況(kuang)下,標準直齒(chi)(chi)(chi)錐齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪成(cheng)形銑 刀的齒(chi)(chi)(chi)形是(shi)按大端(duan)背錐當(dang)量(liang)漸開線齒(chi)(chi)(chi)形設計(ji),而(er)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)厚(hou)則(ze)按照(zhao)小端(duan)設計(ji),并考慮留(liu)有(you)(you)一定精切余(yu)量(liang)。一 般(ban)情(qing)況(kuang)下直齒(chi)(chi)(chi)錐齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪成(cheng)形銑刀有(you)(you)3把(ba)、8把(ba)、15把(ba)、26把(ba)一套,刀號(hao)應按照(zhao)錐齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪當(dang)量(liang)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)數(shu)來選(xuan)擇。當(dang) 量(liang)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)數(shu)Zv可(ke)按照(zhao)下式計(ji)算(suan):
熱處理工藝方法及過程
如前文所述,機加工(gong)前對齒(chi)(chi)坯進行整(zheng)體高溫(wen)(wen)正(zheng)火(huo)處理,正(zheng)火(huo)設備為RT-90-9 箱式爐(lu),具體工(gong)藝過程是(shi),爐(lu)溫(wen)(wen)升至(zhi)裝爐(lu)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)400-650℃時,將(jiang)齒(chi)(chi)輪放(fang) 爐(lu)中,裝零件(jian)時如果需要疊(die)放(fang),疊(die)放(fang)高度(du)不要超過兩層(ceng),然后(hou)將(jiang)零件(jian)加熱至(zhi)920-940℃,使組織完全發生相變,保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)30-50分鐘后(hou),空冷即可。正(zheng)火(huo)工(gong)藝:
由于該齒輪精(jing)度(du)要求不(bu)是(shi)很高,為(wei)降(jiang)低(di)滲(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)淬(cui)(cui)火(huo)(huo)成本,可(ke)(ke)以采(cai)(cai)用滲(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)后直(zhi)接淬(cui)(cui)火(huo)(huo)的(de)(de)(de)工藝方(fang)法(fa),具(ju) 體方(fang)法(fa)是(shi)將(jiang)零(ling)件裝入滲(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)筐中,不(bu)要疊加(jia),爐(lu)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)升(sheng)至(zhi)840℃開(kai)始滴航空煤油,煤油滴速為(wei)60-80d/min, 爐(lu)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)升(sheng)至(zhi)930℃時(shi)(shi)零(ling)件開(kai)始裝爐(lu)。排氣期(qi)結束后,放(fang)入兩只(zhi)試棒,其中一只(zhi)試棒在擴散時(shi)(shi)間為(wei)120 min時(shi)(shi)取出(chu)淬(cui)(cui)油冷(leng)卻(que)(que)并檢(jian)驗淬(cui)(cui)硬層(ceng)深度(du),根(gen)據檢(jian)驗結果決定(ding)是(shi)否降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen),若(ruo)滲(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)層(ceng)深度(du)不(bu)足,擴散期(qi)延長至(zhi) 150min。滲(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)時(shi)(shi)可(ke)(ke)按照表1規定(ding)參數進行(xing),為(wei)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制滲(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)時(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)勢濃(nong)度(du),可(ke)(ke)采(cai)(cai)用在滲(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)爐(lu)中加(jia)裝氧(yang)傳(chuan)感 器的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)法(fa)進行(xing)監測和控(kong)(kong)(kong)制,氧(yang)傳(chuan)感器通(tong)過氧(yang)化鋯探頭,將(jiang)氣氛(fen)狀態(tai)轉化為(wei)電勢差(cha),上述(shu)差(cha)值通(tong)過控(kong)(kong)(kong)制 系統的(de)(de)(de)比(bi)較和計算,確定(ding)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)勢的(de)(de)(de)濃(nong)度(du)是(shi)否合適并對其進行(xing)自動優化和調整,使碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)勢控(kong)(kong)(kong)制精(jing)度(du)可(ke)(ke)以達到 ≤±0.05%C,可(ke)(ke)有(you)效控(kong)(kong)(kong)制滲(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)層(ceng)深度(du)并提高滲(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)質量,確保(bao)無塊狀、網狀滲(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)物(wu),滲(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)設備采(cai)(cai) 用RQ3-75-9井式(shi)滲(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)爐(lu)。滲(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)均溫(wen)(wen)(wen)期(qi)結束后,零(ling)件出(chu)爐(lu)直(zhi)接淬(cui)(cui)火(huo)(huo)。淬(cui)(cui)火(huo)(huo)設備選(xuan)用專用恒溫(wen)(wen)(wen)油槽,淬(cui)(cui) 火(huo)(huo)介(jie)質為(wei)專用等溫(wen)(wen)(wen)分級(ji)淬(cui)(cui)火(huo)(huo)油,介(jie)質溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)恒定(ding)在110-120℃之間,冷(leng)卻(que)(que)30min后,出(chu)爐(lu)空冷(leng)。
為消除淬火(huo)后(hou)零件(jian)的(de)殘余應(ying)力并防(fang)止淬火(huo)裂紋(wen)的(de)產生,應(ying)盡快將淬火(huo)后(hou)的(de)零件(jian)進行低溫回(hui)火(huo)處理,具體工藝方法是在當(dang)爐溫升至160℃左右(you)時零 件(jian)開(kai)始裝爐,保溫120-150min后(hou),出爐空冷(leng),回(hui)火(huo)設備為RJJ-36-6回(hui)火(huo)爐。淬火(huo)及(ji)回(hui)火(huo)工藝圖見圖5:
后序處理(li)
將熱處(chu)理后(hou)的(de)零件(jian)放(fang)在(zai)噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)機(ji)的(de)轉(zhuan)盤上(shang)進行噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)處(chu)理,選(xuan)用(yong)石英砂(sha)(sha)的(de)粒度為10-20目,在(zai)噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)過 程中(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)經常翻動零件(jian)使各面噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)效(xiao)果均勻。零件(jian)噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)完(wan)后(hou),放(fang)入防銹(xiu)液中(zhong)(zhong)浸泡(pao)2-4min后(hou),在(zai)空(kong)氣中(zhong)(zhong)干 燥。需要(yao)注意的(de)是,防銹(xiu)處(chu)理必須在(zai)噴(pen)砂(sha)(sha)后(hou)24小時內完(wan)成。
效果
上述方(fang)法簡單實用(yong),不需要(yao)專用(yong)裝備(bei)即可實現直齒(chi)錐齒(chi)輪的(de)(de)加工,且經(jing)濟(ji)性(xing)好,成本較低。經(jing)對(dui) 加工后的(de)(de)錐齒(chi)輪進行(xing)檢測,尺(chi)寸及形(xing)位(wei)精(jing)度均符合要(yao)求(qiu),滲碳層深度為(wei)1.1-1.3mm,齒(chi)部(bu)金相組織為(wei) 單一的(de)(de)板條狀回火馬氏(shi)體組織,硬度為(wei)HRC58-62。心部(bu)硬度為(wei)HRC36-40,完全可以滿足該(gai)零件的(de)(de)質 量要(yao)求(qiu)。
