隨著現(xian)代工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)興(xing)起,以混(hun)凝(ning)土為主(zhu)材料的(de)(de)建設方(fang)式已經成(cheng)為了建筑業(ye)(ye)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)主(zhu)要構造(zao)之一,在各種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建設中占據了很大的(de)(de)比例,使(shi)得混(hun)凝(ning)土機械的(de)(de)發展經久(jiu)不衰,且有(you)越演(yan)越烈的(de)(de)形(xing)勢。拖式混(hun)凝(ning)土泵,簡(jian)稱拖泵,是各種(zhong)混(hun)凝(ning)土機械中的(de)(de)一種(zhong),用于混(hun)凝(ning)土施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中的(de)(de)輸送和澆注工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。

選擇多大電機(ji)混凝(ning)(ning)土泵,首(shou)先(xian)要考慮變壓器容(rong)量(liang),其(qi)次考慮距離混凝(ning)(ning)土泵的遠近(jin)和線徑大小(xiao),以(yi)免壓降(jiang)過大造成電流(liu)增(zeng)(zeng)高或跳閘停機(ji),過大功率造成成本增(zeng)(zeng)加和使用不便。電機(ji)過小(xiao),同時也滿足(zu)不了工程需要。

一臺混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)電機功率是決定出口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)和(he)輸送(song)方量的(de)前提條件,在電機功率一定的(de)情(qing)況下,壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的(de)升(sheng)高必將使輸送(song)量降低;相反,降低出口壓(ya)(ya)力(li),將會(hui)使輸送(song)量增加(jia)。
為了保證混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵既要有較大(da)輸(shu)送量(liang),又(you)能有一定(ding)的出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力和(he)與之相(xiang)匹配(pei)的經濟功(gong)率(lv)(lv),在混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的設計(ji)中(zhong),大(da)都采用(yong)了恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱塞(sai)泵;即恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力升高時,油泵輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會(hui)自動降低(di),達到與功(gong)率(lv)(lv)設計(ji)相(xiang)對應(ying)的值(zhi);如果既要達到出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力高,又(you)想(xiang)得到輸(shu)送量(liang)大(da)的目(mu)的。惟一的途徑就是(shi)增(zeng)加電機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因(yin)此(ci),在(zai)國家新標準(zhun)中,引用了混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)指數概(gai)念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即(ji)混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)實(shi)際出口壓力(li)與每小時實(shi)際輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)之乘積(ji),該(gai)值(zhi)越(yue)大(da),其能(neng)(neng)力(li)指數也越(yue)大(da),電機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越(yue)大(da),由(you)此(ci)實(shi)現(xian)大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計時,還采(cai)用了高(gao)低壓切(qie)換的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)設計,以滿足(zu)不同的(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)產生(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),或者以相同的(de)(de)電機(ji)(ji)功(gong)率,產生(sheng)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)出口壓力(li)。
