選擇多(duo)大(da)電(dian)機(ji)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)泵(beng),首(shou)先(xian)要考慮變壓(ya)器容量,其次考慮距(ju)離混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)泵(beng)的遠近和線(xian)徑大(da)小,以免壓(ya)降過大(da)造(zao)成(cheng)電(dian)流增高或跳(tiao)閘停機(ji),過大(da)功率造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和使用不便。電(dian)機(ji)過小,同時也滿足不了工程需(xu)要。

一(yi)(yi)臺(tai)混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)機功率(lv)是決定(ding)出口壓力和輸送(song)方量(liang)的(de)(de)前提條件,在電(dian)(dian)機功率(lv)一(yi)(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下,壓力的(de)(de)升高(gao)必(bi)將使(shi)輸送(song)量(liang)降(jiang)低;相(xiang)反,降(jiang)低出口壓力,將會使(shi)輸送(song)量(liang)增加。
為了(le)保證混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既(ji)(ji)要(yao)有(you)較(jiao)大輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),又(you)能有(you)一定的(de)(de)出口壓力和與之相匹配的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率,在(zai)混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設計中,大都采(cai)用了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率柱(zhu)塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率值選定后,當出口壓力升高時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)出排量(liang)會自(zi)動降低,達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)與功(gong)(gong)率設計相對應(ying)的(de)(de)值;如果既(ji)(ji)要(yao)達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)出口壓力高,又(you)想得到(dao)(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)大的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途徑(jing)就是(shi)增加電機功(gong)(gong)率。
因此(ci),在(zai)國家新(xin)標準中,引用了混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)能(neng)力(li)指數概(gai)念(nian)(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)實際出口壓(ya)力(li)與每小時實際輸(shu)送量之乘(cheng)積,該值越大,其能(neng)力(li)指數也越大,電機(ji)的(de)功率(lv)也將越大,由此(ci)實現(xian)大排(pai)量、高揚程(cheng)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)設(she)計時,還采用了高低壓(ya)切換的(de)功能(neng)設(she)計,以(yi)滿足(zu)不同的(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態(tai)下(xia),又能(neng)產生較大的(de)輸(shu)送量,或者以(yi)相同的(de)電機(ji)功率(lv),產生較高的(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)。
