混凝土輸送(song)泵功率(lv)、混凝土輸送(song)泵出口(kou)壓(ya)力、混凝土輸送(song)泵輸送(song)量之間的關系。
一臺混凝土輸送泵(beng)的(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率是(shi)決定(ding)出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力和輸送方量的(de)前提條(tiao)件,在電(dian)機功(gong)率一定(ding)的(de)情(qing)況下,壓(ya)力的(de)升高必將使(shi)輸送量降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力,將會使(shi)輸送量增加。
為了(le)保(bao)證混凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)既要有(you)較大(da)輸(shu)送量,又(you)能有(you)一(yi)(yi)定的(de)出口壓(ya)力和(he)與(yu)之相(xiang)匹配(pei)的(de)經濟(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)設計中,大(da)都(dou)采用了(le)恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定后(hou),當出口壓(ya)力升高時(shi),油泵(beng)輸(shu)出排(pai)量會自動降(jiang)低,達到(dao)與(yu)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)設計相(xiang)對應的(de)值(zhi);如果(guo)既要達到(dao)出口壓(ya)力高,又(you)想得到(dao)輸(shu)送量大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一(yi)(yi)的(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)(zai)國家新標(biao)準中,引用(yong)了(le)混凝土(tu)輸送泵的能(neng)(neng)力指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)單位(wei));即混凝土(tu)輸送泵的實際(ji)出口壓力與(yu)每小時(shi)實際(ji)輸送量(liang)之乘積,該值越大(da),其(qi)能(neng)(neng)力指數也(ye)越大(da),電(dian)機的功率(lv)也(ye)將越大(da),由此實現大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的目的。科尼樂(le)公司在(zai)(zai)設計(ji)時(shi),還采用(yong)了(le)高(gao)低(di)壓切換的功能(neng)(neng)設計(ji),以滿足不(bu)同(tong)的施工(gong)要求,在(zai)(zai)經(jing)濟狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)產生(sheng)較大(da)的輸送量(liang),或者以相同(tong)的電(dian)機功率(lv),產生(sheng)較高(gao)的出口壓力。
