一臺混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)電機功(gong)率是決定出口壓力(li)和輸送(song)(song)方量的(de)(de)前提條件(jian),在電機功(gong)率一定的(de)(de)情況下(xia),壓力(li)的(de)(de)升高(gao)必(bi)將(jiang)使輸送(song)(song)量降(jiang)低;相反(fan),降(jiang)低出口壓力(li),將(jiang)會使輸送(song)(song)量增加(jia)。
為了(le)保證(zheng)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既(ji)要有較(jiao)大(da)輸(shu)送(song)量,又(you)能(neng)有一定(ding)的出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和與之相(xiang)匹(pi)配的經(jing)濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv),在(zai)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的設計中,大(da)都(dou)采用了(le)恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)值選定(ding)后,當出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升高時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)排(pai)量會(hui)自動(dong)降低,達(da)到與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)設計相(xiang)對應的值;如果既(ji)要達(da)到出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高,又(you)想得(de)到輸(shu)送(song)量大(da)的目的。惟一的途徑就是增加電(dian)機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因此(ci),在國家新標準中,引用(yong)了混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)概(gai)念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單位);即混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)實(shi)際出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)與每(mei)小時(shi)實(shi)際輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)之乘積,該值(zhi)越(yue)大(da),其(qi)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)也(ye)越(yue)大(da),電機的(de)(de)功率也(ye)將越(yue)大(da),由此(ci)實(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高(gao)揚(yang)程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在設計時(shi),還采用(yong)了高(gao)低壓(ya)切換(huan)的(de)(de)功能(neng)設計,以滿足(zu)不同的(de)(de)施工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產(chan)生(sheng)較大(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang),或者以相同的(de)(de)電機功率,產(chan)生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)。
