選擇(ze)多大(da)電(dian)(dian)機混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵,首先要考(kao)慮變壓(ya)器容(rong)量,其次考(kao)慮距離(li)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵的遠近(jin)和線(xian)徑大(da)小,以免壓(ya)降過大(da)造成電(dian)(dian)流增高或跳閘停機,過大(da)功率造成成本增加和使用不便。電(dian)(dian)機過小,同時也滿足不了工(gong)程需要。

一(yi)臺混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)電(dian)機功率(lv)是(shi)決定(ding)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)(song)方(fang)量(liang)的(de)前(qian)提條件,在電(dian)機功率(lv)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)情況下(xia),壓(ya)力(li)的(de)升高必(bi)將(jiang)使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)降(jiang)(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)(jiang)低出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li),將(jiang)會(hui)使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)增加。
為了保證(zheng)混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送泵既要有較大輸(shu)(shu)送量,又能有一(yi)定的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)(li)和與之相匹配的(de)(de)經(jing)濟功(gong)率,在混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送泵的(de)(de)設計中(zhong),大都采用(yong)了恒功(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)率值選定后,當出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)(li)升高(gao)時,油泵輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)排量會自動降低,達到(dao)與功(gong)率設計相對應的(de)(de)值;如果(guo)既要達到(dao)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)(li)高(gao),又想得到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)送量大的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)(de)途徑就是增加(jia)電機功(gong)率。
因此,在國(guo)家新標(biao)準中,引用了混(hun)(hun)凝土輸送泵的能(neng)(neng)力指(zhi)數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位(wei));即(ji)混(hun)(hun)凝土輸送泵的實際(ji)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力與每小時(shi)實際(ji)輸送量之乘積,該值(zhi)越(yue)大,其能(neng)(neng)力指(zhi)數(shu)也越(yue)大,電機(ji)的功率(lv)(lv)也將越(yue)大,由此實現大排(pai)量、高(gao)揚程的目的。科尼樂(le)公司在設計時(shi),還采用了高(gao)低壓切換(huan)的功能(neng)(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足不同(tong)的施(shi)工要(yao)求,在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)產生(sheng)較大的輸送量,或者以(yi)相(xiang)同(tong)的電機(ji)功率(lv)(lv),產生(sheng)較高(gao)的出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力。
