一臺混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵的電機功率是決定出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)和輸(shu)送方量的前(qian)提條件,在電機功率一定的情況下,壓力(li)(li)的升高(gao)必將使(shi)輸(shu)送量降低;相(xiang)反,降低出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li),將會使(shi)輸(shu)送量增(zeng)加。
為了保證混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵既要有較大輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),又能有一定的(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力和與(yu)之相匹配的(de)(de)經濟(ji)功(gong)率(lv)(lv),在混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)設(she)計中,大都采(cai)用了恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵;即恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選(xuan)定后,當出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力升高(gao)時(shi),油泵輸(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低,達到(dao)與(yu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)設(she)計相對應的(de)(de)值(zhi);如(ru)果既要達到(dao)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力高(gao),又想得(de)到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)大的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途徑就(jiu)是增加電(dian)機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因此(ci),在國家新標準中(zhong),引用了混(hun)凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指數(shu)概念(nian)(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位(wei));即混(hun)凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)實際(ji)出口壓力(li)與每小時(shi)實際(ji)輸送(song)量之(zhi)乘積,該值越(yue)大,其(qi)能(neng)力(li)指數(shu)也(ye)越(yue)大,電機的(de)(de)功率(lv)也(ye)將越(yue)大,由(you)此(ci)實現大排量、高揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司在設計時(shi),還采用了高低壓切換(huan)的(de)(de)功能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足(zu)不同(tong)的(de)(de)施工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生較大的(de)(de)輸送(song)量,或者以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)(de)電機功率(lv),產生較高的(de)(de)出口壓力(li)。
