隨著現代工業(ye)的(de)興起(qi),以(yi)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)材料的(de)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)方式已經成為(wei)(wei)了建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)業(ye)施工的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)構(gou)造(zao)之(zhi)一,在各種(zhong)工程施工建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)中占據了很大(da)的(de)比例,使得混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)機械的(de)發展經久不(bu)衰,且有越(yue)演越(yue)烈的(de)形勢。拖式混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)泵(beng),簡稱拖泵(beng),是各種(zhong)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)機械中的(de)一種(zhong),用(yong)于混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)施工中的(de)輸送(song)和澆注工作(zuo)。

選擇(ze)多大(da)電機混(hun)凝土泵,首先(xian)要考(kao)(kao)慮變(bian)壓(ya)器容(rong)量(liang),其次考(kao)(kao)慮距離混(hun)凝土泵的遠近和(he)線徑大(da)小(xiao),以免壓(ya)降過(guo)(guo)大(da)造成電流增高(gao)或跳閘停機,過(guo)(guo)大(da)功(gong)率造成成本增加和(he)使用不便(bian)。電機過(guo)(guo)小(xiao),同(tong)時(shi)也滿足(zu)不了工(gong)程需要。

一臺混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)電機(ji)功(gong)率是(shi)決定(ding)出口壓(ya)力(li)和輸送(song)(song)方量的(de)前提條件,在電機(ji)功(gong)率一定(ding)的(de)情(qing)況下(xia),壓(ya)力(li)的(de)升高必(bi)將使(shi)(shi)輸送(song)(song)量降低;相反,降低出口壓(ya)力(li),將會使(shi)(shi)輸送(song)(song)量增加。
為了保證混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵(beng)既(ji)要有較大(da)輸(shu)送量,又能(neng)有一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力和與(yu)之相匹配的(de)(de)(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率,在(zai)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)設計(ji)(ji)中,大(da)都(dou)采用(yong)了恒功(gong)(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)(gong)率值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力升高時(shi),油泵(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)排量會(hui)自(zi)動降低,達(da)到與(yu)功(gong)(gong)率設計(ji)(ji)相對應的(de)(de)(de)值(zhi);如果(guo)既(ji)要達(da)到出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力高,又想得到輸(shu)送量大(da)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)途(tu)徑就是增(zeng)加電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率。
因此,在國家新標準中,引用了混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單位);即混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)實際出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)與每小時實際輸送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)之乘(cheng)積,該(gai)值(zhi)越大(da),其能(neng)力(li)指數(shu)也越大(da),電機(ji)的(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越大(da),由(you)此實現大(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在設(she)計時,還(huan)采用了高低壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設(she)計,以(yi)滿足(zu)不同的(de)(de)施(shi)工要求,在經(jing)濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生較大(da)的(de)(de)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang),或者以(yi)相同的(de)(de)電機(ji)功(gong)率,產生較高的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)。
