一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)電機(ji)(ji)功率是決定(ding)出(chu)口(kou)壓力和輸(shu)送(song)方量(liang)的(de)(de)前(qian)提(ti)條件(jian),在電機(ji)(ji)功率一定(ding)的(de)(de)情況下,壓力的(de)(de)升高必將使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)降(jiang)低;相(xiang)反(fan),降(jiang)低出(chu)口(kou)壓力,將會使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)增加。
為了保證混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既要有較大輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),又能有一(yi)定(ding)的出(chu)(chu)口壓力和與(yu)之相(xiang)匹配的經濟功(gong)率,在混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的設計(ji)中,大都采用了恒功(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)率值(zhi)選(xuan)定(ding)后,當出(chu)(chu)口壓力升高時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)排(pai)量(liang)會自動降低,達(da)到(dao)(dao)與(yu)功(gong)率設計(ji)相(xiang)對應(ying)的值(zhi);如(ru)果既要達(da)到(dao)(dao)出(chu)(chu)口壓力高,又想得到(dao)(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)大的目的。惟一(yi)的途徑就是增加電機(ji)功(gong)率。
因此,在國家新標準中,引用了(le)混凝土(tu)(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)單位);即混凝土(tu)(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)實際出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)與每小時實際輸送(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值越(yue)大,其能(neng)(neng)力(li)指數也(ye)越(yue)大,電(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)也(ye)將(jiang)越(yue)大,由此實現大排量(liang)、高(gao)(gao)揚(yang)程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在設計時,還采用了(le)高(gao)(gao)低壓(ya)(ya)切(qie)換的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)施工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)產生較(jiao)大的(de)(de)輸送(song)量(liang),或者(zhe)以(yi)相同的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)機功(gong)(gong)率(lv),產生較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)。
