選擇多大電機混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)泵,首先要(yao)(yao)考慮變壓器(qi)容量,其次(ci)考慮距(ju)離混凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)泵的遠近和線徑大小(xiao)(xiao),以(yi)免壓降過大造(zao)成電流增(zeng)高或(huo)跳(tiao)閘停(ting)機,過大功率造(zao)成成本增(zeng)加和使用不便。電機過小(xiao)(xiao),同時(shi)也滿足(zu)不了工程(cheng)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)。

一臺混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的電(dian)(dian)機(ji)功率(lv)是決定(ding)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)和輸(shu)送(song)(song)方量(liang)的前(qian)提(ti)條件,在(zai)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)功率(lv)一定(ding)的情(qing)況下,壓(ya)力(li)(li)的升(sheng)高(gao)必將使輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)降低;相(xiang)反,降低出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li),將會使輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)增加。
為了(le)保(bao)證混凝(ning)土輸送(song)(song)泵既要有(you)較(jiao)大(da)輸送(song)(song)量(liang),又(you)能(neng)有(you)一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和與之相匹(pi)配的(de)(de)(de)經濟功率(lv)(lv),在混凝(ning)土輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)設計(ji)中,大(da)都采用了(le)恒(heng)功率(lv)(lv)柱塞(sai)泵;即恒(heng)功率(lv)(lv)值選定(ding)后,當(dang)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升高時,油(you)泵輸出(chu)排量(liang)會自(zi)動降低,達到與功率(lv)(lv)設計(ji)相對應的(de)(de)(de)值;如(ru)果既要達到出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高,又(you)想得(de)到輸送(song)(song)量(liang)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)(de)途徑就是增加電機(ji)功率(lv)(lv)。
因此(ci),在(zai)國家新標準中,引用(yong)了(le)(le)混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的(de)能力(li)指數概念(nian)(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單(dan)位);即混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的(de)實際出口(kou)壓力(li)與每小(xiao)時(shi)實際輸(shu)送量(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該值越(yue)大(da)(da)(da),其能力(li)指數也(ye)越(yue)大(da)(da)(da),電(dian)(dian)機的(de)功(gong)率(lv)也(ye)將越(yue)大(da)(da)(da),由此(ci)實現大(da)(da)(da)排量(liang)、高揚程的(de)目的(de)。科(ke)尼(ni)樂公司在(zai)設(she)計(ji)時(shi),還采(cai)用(yong)了(le)(le)高低壓切換的(de)功(gong)能設(she)計(ji),以(yi)滿足不同的(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟(ji)狀態下,又能產(chan)生(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)(da)(da)的(de)輸(shu)送量(liang),或者以(yi)相同的(de)電(dian)(dian)機功(gong)率(lv),產(chan)生(sheng)較(jiao)高的(de)出口(kou)壓力(li)。
