選擇多大(da)電機(ji)(ji)混凝土泵(beng),首先(xian)要考慮變壓(ya)器(qi)容量,其次考慮距(ju)離(li)混凝土泵(beng)的遠近和線(xian)徑大(da)小,以免壓(ya)降(jiang)過(guo)大(da)造成(cheng)電流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機(ji)(ji),過(guo)大(da)功率(lv)造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加和使用不便。電機(ji)(ji)過(guo)小,同時也滿足不了工(gong)程需要。

一(yi)臺混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵的(de)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率是決定出口壓力(li)(li)和輸(shu)送方量的(de)前提條件,在(zai)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率一(yi)定的(de)情況下,壓力(li)(li)的(de)升高必將(jiang)使(shi)輸(shu)送量降低;相反,降低出口壓力(li)(li),將(jiang)會(hui)使(shi)輸(shu)送量增加。
為(wei)了(le)(le)保(bao)證(zheng)混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵既要有較大(da)輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang),又(you)能有一定(ding)的(de)出口(kou)壓力和與之相匹配(pei)的(de)經濟功(gong)率,在混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的(de)設計中,大(da)都采用了(le)(le)恒功(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)率值選定(ding)后,當出口(kou)壓力升高時,油泵輸(shu)出排量(liang)(liang)會自動降低,達到(dao)與功(gong)率設計相對應的(de)值;如果既要達到(dao)出口(kou)壓力高,又(you)想(xiang)得到(dao)輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang)大(da)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率。
