隨著現代工(gong)(gong)業(ye)的(de)興起,以混(hun)凝(ning)土為(wei)主(zhu)材料(liao)的(de)建(jian)設(she)方式已(yi)經(jing)成為(wei)了建(jian)筑業(ye)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)主(zhu)要構造之一,在各種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)占(zhan)據了很大的(de)比例,使得(de)混(hun)凝(ning)土機械(xie)的(de)發(fa)展經(jing)久不衰,且有(you)越(yue)演越(yue)烈的(de)形勢。拖(tuo)式混(hun)凝(ning)土泵(beng),簡稱拖(tuo)泵(beng),是各種(zhong)混(hun)凝(ning)土機械(xie)中(zhong)的(de)一種(zhong),用(yong)于混(hun)凝(ning)土施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的(de)輸送和澆注工(gong)(gong)作。

37千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(目前國內標準(zhun)混凝土泵(beng),37千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)以下(xia)為細(xi)石砂(sha)漿泵(beng))、45千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、55千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、75千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、90千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、110千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、130千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(柴(chai)油)、132千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、162千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(柴(chai)油)、174千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(柴(chai)油)等。
選擇多大電(dian)機混凝(ning)土泵,首先要考(kao)慮(lv)變壓器容量,其次考(kao)慮(lv)距離混凝(ning)土泵的遠近和線徑大小,以免壓降(jiang)過(guo)大造成(cheng)電(dian)流增(zeng)高或(huo)跳閘停機,過(guo)大功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加和使用不便(bian)。電(dian)機過(guo)小,同時也(ye)滿(man)足(zu)不了工程需(xu)要。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的電機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)是(shi)決定(ding)出口(kou)壓力和輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)方(fang)量(liang)的前提條件,在電機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)一(yi)定(ding)的情(qing)況(kuang)下,壓力的升高(gao)必將(jiang)使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)降低(di);相反(fan),降低(di)出口(kou)壓力,將(jiang)會使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)增加(jia)。
為(wei)了保證混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵既要有(you)較大輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),又能有(you)一定(ding)的(de)出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和與之(zhi)相匹(pi)配的(de)經濟功(gong)率(lv),在混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)設計(ji)中,大都采(cai)用了恒功(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升高時,油(you)泵輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低(di),達(da)到與功(gong)率(lv)設計(ji)相對應的(de)值(zhi);如果(guo)既要達(da)到出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高,又想(xiang)得到輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)大的(de)目的(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)途徑就(jiu)是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在國家新標準中,引(yin)用了混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的能力(li)指數(shu)(shu)概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的實際出口壓力(li)與每(mei)小時實際輸(shu)送(song)量之乘積,該值越大(da),其能力(li)指數(shu)(shu)也越大(da),電(dian)(dian)機的功(gong)(gong)率也將越大(da),由此實現(xian)大(da)排量、高揚程的目的。科尼樂公司在設計時,還采用了高低壓切換的功(gong)(gong)能設計,以滿足(zu)不同的施工(gong)要求,在經濟(ji)狀(zhuang)態下,又能產(chan)生較(jiao)大(da)的輸(shu)送(song)量,或者(zhe)以相同的電(dian)(dian)機功(gong)(gong)率,產(chan)生較(jiao)高的出口壓力(li)。
