選擇多大電機(ji)混凝(ning)土(tu)泵,首先(xian)要考(kao)慮變壓器容量,其次考(kao)慮距(ju)離混凝(ning)土(tu)泵的遠近和(he)(he)線徑(jing)大小(xiao),以免壓降過大造成(cheng)電流增高或(huo)跳閘停機(ji),過大功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和(he)(he)使用不便。電機(ji)過小(xiao),同時也滿足不了工程需要。
混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土輸送(song)(song)泵功率、混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土輸送(song)(song)泵出口(kou)壓(ya)力、混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土輸送(song)(song)泵輸送(song)(song)量之間(jian)的關(guan)系。
一臺混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率(lv)是(shi)決定出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)和輸送(song)方量(liang)的(de)(de)前提條件,在電(dian)機功(gong)率(lv)一定的(de)(de)情況下,壓(ya)力(li)(li)的(de)(de)升(sheng)高必(bi)將使(shi)輸送(song)量(liang)降低;相反,降低出口壓(ya)力(li)(li),將會使(shi)輸送(song)量(liang)增加。
為了(le)保證混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送泵(beng)既要有較大(da)(da)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送量,又(you)(you)能有一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)和與(yu)之相匹配的(de)(de)(de)經濟功(gong)率,在混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)設計中,大(da)(da)都采用了(le)恒功(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)率值(zhi)選定后,當(dang)出口壓(ya)力(li)升高時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出排量會自動降(jiang)低,達到(dao)與(yu)功(gong)率設計相對(dui)應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)值(zhi);如果既要達到(dao)出口壓(ya)力(li)高,又(you)(you)想得到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送量大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)途徑就是增(zeng)加電機功(gong)率。
因此,在國家新標(biao)準中,引用(yong)了混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送泵的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)概念(nian)(以(yi)(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送泵的(de)(de)實(shi)際出口壓力(li)與每小時(shi)實(shi)際輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)之乘積,該值越大,其能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)也越大,電機(ji)的(de)(de)功率(lv)(lv)也將越大,由此實(shi)現(xian)大排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在設計時(shi),還采用(yong)了高(gao)低壓切換的(de)(de)功能(neng)設計,以(yi)(yi)滿足不同(tong)的(de)(de)施工(gong)要求,在經濟(ji)狀態下,又能(neng)產(chan)(chan)生較大的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang),或者以(yi)(yi)相同(tong)的(de)(de)電機(ji)功率(lv)(lv),產(chan)(chan)生較高(gao)的(de)(de)出口壓力(li)。
