一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)電機功率是決定出口壓力和(he)輸(shu)送(song)(song)方量(liang)的(de)(de)前提條件,在電機功率一定的(de)(de)情(qing)況下,壓力的(de)(de)升高(gao)必將使輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出口壓力,將會(hui)使輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)增加。
為(wei)了(le)保證(zheng)混(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵既(ji)要(yao)有(you)較(jiao)大輸送(song)量(liang)(liang),又能有(you)一(yi)定的出(chu)口壓力和與(yu)之相(xiang)匹配的經濟功(gong)率,在混(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵的設計中,大都采用(yong)了(le)恒功(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)率值(zhi)選定后,當出(chu)口壓力升(sheng)高時,油泵輸出(chu)排量(liang)(liang)會(hui)自動降低(di),達到與(yu)功(gong)率設計相(xiang)對(dui)應的值(zhi);如果既(ji)要(yao)達到出(chu)口壓力高,又想得到輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)大的目的。惟一(yi)的途徑就是增(zeng)加電(dian)機功(gong)率。
因此,在國家新標(biao)準中(zhong),引用了混凝土輸送泵(beng)的能力(li)指數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單位);即混凝土輸送泵(beng)的實(shi)(shi)際(ji)出口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)與(yu)每小(xiao)時實(shi)(shi)際(ji)輸送量(liang)(liang)之乘積,該(gai)值越大(da)(da),其能力(li)指數(shu)也越大(da)(da),電(dian)機的功(gong)率也將越大(da)(da),由此實(shi)(shi)現大(da)(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高揚(yang)程的目的。科(ke)尼樂公司在設計(ji)時,還采用了高低壓(ya)(ya)切(qie)換的功(gong)能設計(ji),以(yi)滿足不同(tong)的施工要求(qiu),在經濟狀態下,又(you)能產生(sheng)較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)(da)的輸送量(liang)(liang),或者以(yi)相同(tong)的電(dian)機功(gong)率,產生(sheng)較(jiao)(jiao)高的出口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)。
