隨著現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)業的(de)興(xing)起,以混凝(ning)(ning)土為主材料的(de)建設方式(shi)已(yi)經(jing)(jing)成(cheng)為了建筑業施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)主要構造之一,在各種工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建設中(zhong)(zhong)占據了很大的(de)比例,使(shi)得混凝(ning)(ning)土機械的(de)發展經(jing)(jing)久不衰,且有越演越烈的(de)形勢(shi)。拖(tuo)式(shi)混凝(ning)(ning)土泵,簡稱拖(tuo)泵,是(shi)各種混凝(ning)(ning)土機械中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)一種,用(yong)于混凝(ning)(ning)土施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)輸(shu)送(song)和澆注工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。

選擇多大電(dian)(dian)機混凝土(tu)泵(beng),首先(xian)要考慮變(bian)壓器容量,其(qi)次考慮距離混凝土(tu)泵(beng)的遠近和(he)線徑(jing)大小,以免(mian)壓降過大造成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機,過大功(gong)率(lv)造成(cheng)成(cheng)本(ben)增(zeng)加和(he)使(shi)用不便(bian)。電(dian)(dian)機過小,同時也滿足不了工程需要。

一(yi)臺混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵的電(dian)機功率(lv)是決定(ding)出口壓力(li)和輸送(song)方量(liang)(liang)的前(qian)提條件,在(zai)電(dian)機功率(lv)一(yi)定(ding)的情況下,壓力(li)的升高必將使輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出口壓力(li),將會使輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)增加。
為了保證混(hun)(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵既要有較大輸送(song)量,又能有一定的(de)出口壓(ya)力和(he)與(yu)之(zhi)相(xiang)匹(pi)配(pei)的(de)經濟(ji)功(gong)率(lv)(lv),在混(hun)(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)設計(ji)中(zhong),大都采(cai)用了恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵;即恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)值選定后,當出口壓(ya)力升(sheng)高(gao)時,油泵輸出排量會(hui)自動降(jiang)低,達到(dao)與(yu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)設計(ji)相(xiang)對應(ying)的(de)值;如果(guo)既要達到(dao)出口壓(ya)力高(gao),又想得到(dao)輸送(song)量大的(de)目的(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因此,在國家新標(biao)準中,引用了混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)實際出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)與每小時實際輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)之乘積,該(gai)值越(yue)大,其能(neng)力(li)指數(shu)也越(yue)大,電機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)也將越(yue)大,由此實現大排量(liang)、高揚程的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂(le)公(gong)司在設計時,還采用了高低(di)壓切(qie)換的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)施工要求(qiu),在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產(chan)生較(jiao)大的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),或者以(yi)相同的(de)(de)(de)電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv),產(chan)生較(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)。
