一臺混凝土輸送(song)泵的電機功(gong)率(lv)是決定出口壓(ya)(ya)力和(he)輸送(song)方量的前提條件,在電機功(gong)率(lv)一定的情況下,壓(ya)(ya)力的升高必(bi)將使(shi)輸送(song)量降(jiang)低;相(xiang)反(fan),降(jiang)低出口壓(ya)(ya)力,將會使(shi)輸送(song)量增加(jia)。
為了保證混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵既(ji)要有較大(da)輸送(song)(song)量,又能有一(yi)定(ding)的出口(kou)壓(ya)力和與之相匹配的經濟(ji)功(gong)率,在混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的設計中,大(da)都采用了恒(heng)功(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)率值選定(ding)后,當出口(kou)壓(ya)力升高時(shi),油泵輸出排量會(hui)自動降(jiang)低,達到(dao)與功(gong)率設計相對應的值;如果既(ji)要達到(dao)出口(kou)壓(ya)力高,又想得到(dao)輸送(song)(song)量大(da)的目的。惟(wei)一(yi)的途徑就是增加(jia)電機(ji)功(gong)率。
因此(ci),在國(guo)家新標準中(zhong),引用(yong)了混凝(ning)(ning)土輸送泵的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)單(dan)位);即混凝(ning)(ning)土輸送泵的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)出口(kou)壓力(li)與(yu)每小(xiao)時(shi)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)輸送量(liang)之乘積,該值(zhi)越大(da),其(qi)能(neng)(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數也越大(da),電機的(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越大(da),由此(ci)實(shi)(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂(le)公(gong)司在設計時(shi),還采用(yong)了高(gao)低壓切(qie)換的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)設計,以滿足不同(tong)的(de)(de)施工要求,在經濟狀態(tai)下,又能(neng)(neng)產(chan)生(sheng)較大(da)的(de)(de)輸送量(liang),或者以相同(tong)的(de)(de)電機功(gong)率,產(chan)生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力(li)。
